They are way slow. I showed up 20 minutes before I had to be to work. I was late and I work like a block from the coffee shop. Watch the workers through the window, there was no sense of urgency. Getting drinks out quickly for their customers was definitely not a priority. I was the second car in line and I sat there for 15 min. The person in front of me was here when I pulled up. They need to be quicker, simple as that. Outside of that, not sure if I can say anything else because I had to leave before I could actually even order.

Super good coffee! And the people were great! We were traveling with our travel trailer and didn't want to go through the drive through. They only have a drive through option. The people were very nice brought us chairs out and came out to take our order! %100 recommended
The staff member that attended to me was so polite and helpful. I asked what kind of flavored water, if any, they had and she was helpful in her suggestions and not annoyed at all when I said I just wanted a bottled water. I came back about an hour later craving some ice (I know, not good for you) and she was great and helpful. Their ice is really good textured ice!
I wish their menu was a little more expansive with their flavored drinks other than coffee. I saw all the flavored syrups on their wall! I know they’ve got the ingredients but it’s nice to pick from a menu.
