My wife & I are truckers & we stop & eat at this location semi-regularly. Over the past 3 months, the quality of food has gotten progressively worse. Stale buns, cold chicken, dry burgers, cold fries....Literally every time we come in, something is missing from our sandwiches.(tomatoe, lettuce, onions, sauce ect.)We are regularly told certain items are out of stock & its always totally random. The employees seem nice but we will no longer be eating here as the quality of food is so bad, bordering on dangerous & the lack of attention to detail coming from the staff is pure incompetence.

Constantly closed when says it’s 24hrs but if your management is so bad that you can’t keep people then I understand why you can’t be open 24/7

They have totally messed up the bacon swiss chicken sandwich. No bun just over buttered flimsy thin sliced bread. Worst sandwich ever and ifbu ask for no mayo they slather it on.

I ordered a single order of French toast, sticks. They charged me for a meal I said no I just want the French toast. They Never said anything never offended To adjust the total price . I did not get a drink cup And There were hashbrowns in the bag. I guess maybe they were too lazy to adjust the order.

Delicious, fresh, hot food at 07:00. However, they no longer have the All-star meals. 😕

Went threw drive threw, was instructed to pull into the reserved parking spot. Was waiting for little over 20 minutes then a young man brought my order out finally. First off the big Carl bun was rock hard, burger was thrown together in a mess and was cold! Second asked the young man at the drive thru window for sauces, didn't receive any sauces. Third my soda was warm and flat. And last my fries was also cold so im confused about my wait. For the wait and the service i received was very disappointed maybe i may return someday again only if i was reimbursed. And this establishment doesn't qualify in my book for any stars but in order to post this complaint I have to give it at least 1!

Ordered a burger and the bun was hard as a rock. There was also a gentleman that was ahead of us that brought his burger back because it had bacon on it and he couldn't have bacon. They took the burger back removed the bacon and tried to hand it back to him. He asked if it was the same burger and told them he needed a different one because he can't have bacon. They should not be taking burgers back into the kitchen.

There's no reason to have a drive thru, if half of the time they tell you to park in a spot and wait 20 minutes for two lousy burgers. This was the second time in a row, I had to go in to see what the problem was.

The crew looks very young and inexperienced. The poor kitchen was a mess! Kids running around in circles not knowing what to do. I felt really bad asking for a refund from the manager, but just didn't have all day to sit in an idling car with nearly 100* heat!!

I went to Smiths, bought some Wagyu hamburger patties, and cooked my own burgers!
