We travel on I-84 often. We have stopped here at this Carl's Jr multiple times now and it is always a disappointment. Drive-thru is slow AF. We ordered 4 items and we're asked to pull to the reserved drive-thru # 1. Waited almost 15 minutes. Only 1 other vehicle went through as we waited. Get some help!!!!

I'm a truck driver I stopped in at 7:30 a.m. to get breakfast biscuits and gravy to be ready as they needed 5 or 10 minutes to cook it. I stop at Carl's Jr and Hardee's all the time for biscuits and gravy. The people at that place need to come in early to get stuff ready. A big disappointment is today I go with no breakfast 😒

Even though there was only 2 employees working that morning it didn’t take long for my order to be ready.
The cashier was nice enough to go back there to help the cook to finish up the orders.

Got the wrong sandwich, but the food was good and fast.
NASTY!!! Placed my order and sat at a table waiting for my food. It was very early so food had to be cooked fresh. The guy working in the kitchen put the food in the fryer then started sweeping. Then without changing his gloves or washing his hands he started handling my food. No thank you! Refund please! Oh, but conveniently there was no manager on duty to give me a refund, so now I have to waste more time calling later.
Edited to add that the manager has taken this very seriously and addressed it with the employee…she had heard about it before I even called. She is issuing a refund.

It was ok, but they could use a like more time to clean up the dining area. It was not as tidy as I would have hoped.
