We had asked the lady what kind of smoothies they had and she listed some off and when we received it was a redbull and not a smoothie and was for a 10 year old kid. We pulled back around and asked if it was a redbull then the lady very rudely looked at us and said “um yea you asked for a redbull” I told her oh no this was supposed to be a smoothie we asked was smoothies you could do. She then snapped back “ you said redbull and I asked single or double” the other lady than stepped in and was super nice and helped us. The lady then asked for the redbull back and gave us the smoothie and slammed the window in our face.

It’s a drive through. They were nice. They had my favorite hazelnut flavor. Cup was hot so ask for a sleeve if you haven’t a spare. I will add that the reviewer who whined about wanting black coffee should just stop at Loves for that. This place serves specialty coffee, obviously. We later peed at Loves.

I’m absolutely crazy for their chia’s! The owners are super awesome and very kind. He gets my order right every time and even remembers it! Some of the service could be better from the others but don’t let that stop you! (We all have them days) but genuinely this is the best shop around here serving your coffee/chia/Red Bull infusion needs!

Cozy coffee is the only coffee place I’ve ever craved! I no longer work in Rupert but find myself making excuses to go so I can order my favorite drink. Best place!

You would think that a place with coffee in their name would have a good coffee, or at least coffee.. I ordered a black, drip coffee. What I was most likely served was most likely an Americano. Either way it just tasted like terrible water down coffee. I was also a little suspicious when they handed me the cup with no sleeve. And sure enough, it was not hot. For the record, an Americano is not coffee. If you would have told me that you were going to serve me water down espresso, I would've actually ordered something more expensive.

Great place. We were driving across the state and needed caffeinated fuel desperately. We ordered from Ms.Arizona, the friendliest barista and had an awesome interaction. The concept is solid and provided everything we needed with a lot of options for our travel party and my dog!

Excellent coffee and service. We had shots of espresso over ice that were perfectly pulled. The staff were wonderful with our slightly unusual order.
I usually love to go to cozy till today usually the girls are energetic and make you feel welcome girl was very how do I put it hated her job we finally get our drinks literally taste like deodorant will leave your mouth so dry terrible and flat ! 5-21-24 absolutely disgusting 🤢 and who knew when you ask for drizzle it will not come with it including the bow

Traveling through and found this great coffee shop just off the highway. The coffee was great, the service was friendly, and the drive through was extremely convenient. Will stop again on our next road trip!

They don’t help and respect truckers. I drove my truck there to get coffee and breakfast. A girl was taking order outside and I was just waiting and I thought she will come to me and will take my order but she ignored me twice. I tried to call her to take my order but she left and didn’t take order. So bad Customer service. Any truck driver thinking to go there to get coffee. Don’t go there and waste your time. They don’t care that you are here. I left without coffee and breakfast after 30min waiting in the line. Verydisappointed

I purchased 2 hot drinks at the Heyburn location. I called Cozy to say both drinks tasted horrible. The manager said to come by the same day and she would make new drinks. The manager failed to mention that I had to return both bad drinks. Cozy replaced the 1 bad drink I had with me, not 2 because I did not return both drinks. That was the 1st time I returned a drink since they opened their doors. My family and I no longer order from Cozy.

I use to get cozy a lot and now I feel like never going. Every time I go I repeat myself a bunch making sure my order is corrected and it never ends up being right. No matter how nice you are it isn’t reciprocated. There is only about one nice girl there.
