So many places have a taco truck but not many can claim to have a taco bus,

I ordered 3 tacos and a burrito and left very happy and full,

I can’t imaging Idaho has many taco busses but I thinking it’s pretty safe to say Heyburn has the best taco bus in the state

Parking: Small parking area for cars and if you are in. A semi truck park across the street in the truck stop

We went to get a fries burrito and hot Cheetos burrito and it was absolutely delicious! They’re a good size and they’re packed with meat and fries! We also got the red and green sauce with it. The sauces were more on the thinner watery side but still really flavorful! Also bring cash, they have 4% charge if card is used!

Vegetarian options: They had veggie tacos, quesadillas, burritos, tortas and veggie fajita plate.

Wow!! I usually write a review to point out poor services. The food was cooked fresh n fast and was Muy Autentico!! I had the carne asada fajitas. I'm 6' 260lbs and that plate stuffed me. It's soo nice to know that places like this still exist.
