This place is RIDICULOUS!!! always young kids, who never get the fries crispy, or any order right, and take FOREVER to get every ... single... order...out!! I don't know what's going on inside there but your not fast food, your quality is not good and your service is very very slow. I hear McDonald's is coming to homedale soon... I'm looking sooooo... forward to a fast, burger place.

Friendly staff but half the time we come here our burgers our under cooked and our sides aren’t fried all the way even though the weight is usually 20/30 minutes I wouldn’t have posted a negative review but this keeps happening and there aren’t many options in this town 🙃

Ordered at 6:15 didn’t get out food until 7:10 and it was after 40 minutes we asked for it to be to go and she said told us our food still hadn’t been put on the grill. Mind you I ordered drinks and three shakes and it took 35 minutes for DRINKS and SHAKES and we had a place to go so at 7 we asked for a refund on the food and then they told us our food was going to be ready in 4 minutes so we waited another 10 minutes for our food. Not happy with the manager because she was in the bathroom for 20 minutes because she walked into the bathroom 10 minutes after we ordered and clocked her and she was in there for 20 minutes. She also acted surprised when we told her we had been waiting since 6:15. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!

After waiting in line an hour from Tim the took my order and I paid Then my order was wrong, should of had onions not one had lettuce should of had none hade pickles which aren't even on the sandwich. Plus, all good was cold. The service as really gone down hill. I hate that even after saying something it's still getting worse not better!

Sat in line for over an hr to finally have our order taken for it to not even have made it back inside, by the time we made it to the window. Sat at the window for at least another 10 minutes to receive 2 mediocre milkshakes and banana cup. Definitely not worth the $22. Better off driving to sonic
