Super friendly staff and customers. Perfect spot for breakfast. Brother had gone year before and decided to take a group back. Sadly, they didn’t have chicken fried steak anymore, but the steak was super tasty. Pies looked amazing! Next time.

After a visit to the Springs hot springs, we had to have lunch at Trudys before we head back to Boise. So good of course gad Finger steaks soooooo good. And pie to go of course .

We were recommended to eat at Trudy’s by the Inn at Pines Motel office. What a great place to eat. My husband got the hamburger steak and it was delicious with fresh mushrooms and onions. I had the Huckleberry bacon Hamburger and the flavor was outstanding.Service was good. Not 5 stars as I watched the young lady get upset with some customers that came in but didn’t want to sit by the door.We had to try the huckleberry cheesecake and SO glad we did. It was amazing.We definitely will visit Trudy’s again when we come back to Idaho City.

I stopped at Trudy’s and got the Wildcat Burger after a long hike and it was amazing. They got us a table really quick, the service and atmosphere was great, everything tasted good. I got the mixed berry pie as well to go! For sure gonna have to come back!

We absolutely loved Trudy’s when we came to visit Idaho City. Fresh baked bread at the table for dinner, melt-in-your-mouth prime rib and fresh cut fries. The service was quick and such happy people! We came back for breakfast the next morning. Don’t miss out on Trudy’s Kitchen!

The pie is huge and it's so good, the coconut cream and cheesecakes are SO good. The prime rib special is huge my fiancé and I shared it and were too stuffed to move. So good. Love this place

I had a piece of apple pie, it was just OK because the apples were almost the consistency of apple sauce. Not what normally expect from here. I have had better there and maybe better luck next time I go through Idaho City. Service was great though.
