Island Park Lodge is a great value accommodation near Yellowstone Park, approximately an hour's drive away. The lodge serves good breakfast for an additional cost, with a breakfast bar attached, and the staff provides excellent service. The newly renovated rooms are clean, though a little small but workable. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, even assisting with late-night check-ins.
Located just 30 minutes from Yellowstone’s west entrance, the lodge is right next to a gas station, convenience store, and service center with supplies for hiking and camping. Coffee and hot chocolate are available at reception. Nearby activities include Yellowstone and off-road adventures. While some rooms may be tricky to find at night, the lodge remains a nice place to stay for visitors exploring the national parks.
