Our entire family loves Mack’s Inn Playhouse. So much, we’ll travel over 1,000 miles to get there. Always a good time and delicious food. Drew is the best!

I can't say enough great things about the playhouse! The food was excellent, our grandkids loved the Mac and cheese (there was enough for us to sample). The steaks were excellent as well as the sides. High point was the entertainment though! We saw the variety show and there were so many hilarious skits plus some great singing. Highly recommend making this a part of any trip to the Yellowstone area!

the food was mediocre at best. we were packed into our seats like sardines and had to turn our chairs around to watch the show. the "show" was horribly written, unfunny, offensive, and just plain bad. it was racist, dragphobic, and transphobic and packed full of Mormon inside jokes and conservative viewpoints. do not go here if you like good food, good theater, or good people because you will find none of those things.

Super great experience! If you are staying in the area or nearby, this is a MUST. Super funny show and super friendly staff. If you are gluten-free, do not get the chicken it is bread crusted. The prime rib is definitely a good substitute though! Super glad went!

Came here while traveling to have some dinner and a show, was not what I was expecting and I'm glad it wasn't. Very unique and fun, the cast did great and awesome with crowd interaction! Food was amazing as well!

Great show! I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Family friendly, the staff makes you feel like your watching you favorite crazy uncle doing a bit in your living room. Definitely a must see if you're in the area.

If your in Island Park this is a must see. People come from all over several times a year to see the different plays. The dinner theater has choice of chicken or prime rib. You would not really expect much from the food for a dinner theater. I was blown away by the Prime Rib. It was the best I have ever eaten. 6 others in our party said the same thing. They have a special rub they use and inject it into the meat as well. This makes the inside of the Prime Rib as good as the flavors in the outside. They use high quality meat and make it add tender as you will ever taste. The beans, corn bashed potato and rolls are the perfect side dish. They also serve a salad and cute little dessert. I watched a guy buy 8 cinnamon rolls, then come back to buy 4 more. They are amazing. As for as the food is the entertainment is even better. I was surprised to see the guy that served the Prime Rib be the star of the show. I am not sure I have ever laughed as hard as I did during the show. I have been to comedy clubs and comedians in many ships and this was funnier than any of them. The staff understands that your their guest and they are very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond any normal service for sure. You can just buy the show to enjoy on its own. I highly suggest doing the dinner theater for just a little more. Your not gonna get prime Rib if that quality and flavor anywhere for about 15 bucks more. I had read positive reviews but was blown away by the quality of the food and entertainment. If you have not been there you are truly missing out. Awesome experience in a beautiful setting.

Good times, delicious food, great family fun. We have made it a tradition to come here the last 3 years. We love Island Park, West Yellowstone, and the Madison River. Now adding the Yellowstone Playhouse to the tradition. Great fun memories and we can't wait for next season. Thank you for the amazing prime rib portions! Don't change a thing.

We opted for the prime rib dinner and a show and we were not disappointed!! Our original reservation was cancelled due to unavoidable events, they gave us many options including a refund or seeing a different show. Since we are in the area all summer we opted for another show, however, they put us on a waiting list should an opening come up. They fit us in to the show we originally booked and we couldn't have been happier. The food was delicious, they were extremely well organized and the play was hilarious!! We are just sad we only got to see one show!

I recommend the delicious prime rib dinner and top notch entertainment! We come back year after year and are always impressed with the creative & funny performances. I love how the cast recognizes birthdays and anniversaries of audience members. I highly recommend Yellowstone Playhouse to all those seeking a hearty meal and lighthearted laughter!
Absolutely the best! WhT a great group of performers! Meal was good chicken and prime rib. Lemonade was the best! One of the best evenings out in Island Park. We most certainly will return!

THIS PLAYHOUSE is in ISLAND PARK and OH MY GOSH!!! This place is hilarious and the FOOD is delicious! We have lived in Idaho for 3 years and have seen 5 shows already! We typically camp nearby and go to a show one of the nights. Anyways, Prime Rib is the way to go, but the chicken looks good too. Intermission snacks are yummy - don't forget the cinnamon rolls. We buy them and eat them for breakfast the next day. These SPOOF shows are amazing - so funny with current references. During the Three Amigos at Del Taco Ranch, the lead was trying to get the other actors to break character by bringing in new jokes throughout the night. "My daughter Chalupa, she is so ugly" (how ugly is she?) Then he'd have a surprise punch line. It was hilarious! WE LOVE this place and hope they'll be around forever and ever! Go for your birthday or anniversary! You wont be disappointed! :D

If you miss this Playhouse you have truly missed something special at Yellowstone! This was a highlight of our trip and something the whole family enjoyed. The food was good, especially loved the rolls. The show was Mel Brooks level funny, while always family friendly. I was especially impressed with the quality of the singing. The owner's improvisational skills made sure there was never a dull moment. If I had one negative thing to say about the Playhouse I must have forgotten it while laughing.

Just saw Les Miserables parody!!! It was fantastic. Awesome talent, lots of laughs- highly recommend visiting when you're in this area.
