We’ve traveled across the country with our 12-year-old child who has severe food allergies, and never once have we encountered the kind of insensitive, hostile treatment we experienced at Pond’s Lodge.
As always, we informed the staff that our son would not be ordering due to his allergies and had brought his own safe meal – something we’ve done at countless restaurants without issue. That changed here.

Waitress who has been there for years is ridiculously rude. Owner is even worse. Food is below average. There are far better places in IP.
This lodge has poor management and the price of food is HIGH for what you get. Example a bowl of pasta $22.00. - $25.00 this does not include bread, side salad or anything not even a drink
