Beautiful place with an authentic Idaho outdoorsy feel (see pics). Food and pricing were great, but the service is what was really exceptional. We came in at the last minute with a party of 10. They kept the restaurant open to accommodate us, and we got first rate service; including drink service and a customized dessert. If the restaurant had Hwy 20 visibility, they'd never have an open seat (if you aren't a local, you might not find this place). Try it out now; you'll be glad you did.

Super over priced we got a burger for $20 it was okay but for 20 bucks it should probably be a lot better. The burger was one of the cheapest things on the menu and there were very few options.

My wife and I ordered Stakes I got a prime rib and she got a flat iron Ordered the prime rib rare And it came out well done. Comes with baked potato, no sour cream and hardly any butter. Drinks were like a half a shot. I am 65 and have never complained about a meal in my life so this was my first time haha. Live and you learn.
I had the the classic breakfast with a side of sausage gravy to go with my biscuit and my wife got the french toast. Both tasted amazing! We also got a chance to meet with one of the owners, Debbie, and talk about the history of the lodge. The atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for to start our trip to Yellowstone. Do not miss out on this restaurant!

A handy location just off the highway, great food, cozy atmosphere, attentive wait staff, and even live country music! We will be back every time we visit the Island Park area. Kevin and Debbie run a great business!

I think that was the best breakfast I've had, and my family agree that it beats our English breakfasts! The service was amazing, the lovely lady that served us provided some incredibly useful shopping stops on the way, this place is perfect for a bite to eat coming west from Yellowstone. Super fast service and a gorgeous atmosphere, wish we could come back for an evening meal to see the full hubub of this wonderful grill. Thank you very much for the scrumptious meal!!

Absolutely love this place. Not only is the food great, but the atmosphere is so cozy and homey. Great food for great prices, and kind waitresses! We ate here 3 times in the 4 days we visited Yellowstone😊
