I'm sorry but when u give the people's food behind you food first instead of giving the first car their food first it's pretty rude. I am never coming this this place again

Horrible! Food didn’t taste good. Mini corn dogs were overcooked like I would be embarrassed to serve those to anybody. “Grilled cheese” was a bun with 2 slices of cheese in the middle not even warmed up much less toasted. Kids meals are $6! Overpriced. They missed an order of fries. Staff was cordial enough but not super friendly. Overall too much money for whatever that was they tried to pass off as a meal.

The drive thru workers should work on pronunciation instead of having a sausage in their mouth. Why advertise something you don't have. Went to get ice left with disappointment.

Terrible customer service on a Thursday night at 8:30.The employees wouldn't even acknowledge that we were standing at the counter. When the girl eventually went up to the cash register, she just looked at us without saying anything. No smile, no nothing. The twist part of the ice cream machine must not have been working. They gave us vanilla with a dollop of chocolate and then another layer of vanilla on top. I would have just gotten a single flavor cone if I had known, but they did not tell us.
Was so excited when I saw this driving through! We have not had an Arctic Circle in years. I was able to share a part of my childhood with my nephew, explain how they are home of fry sauce, and he helped me share my grape lime ricky .

Worst one I’ve ever been to! There was absolutely not one person in line at the drive-through. I paid as soon as I got to the window and within two seconds, she asked me to pull forward, watch a guy walk down the road come inside and get his food before me while I sat outside, waiting for two burgers that’s it, the girl behind the microphone, had an attitude, and could care less if she was there or not, if I own this place, I would restart

We visited the business in Jerome Idaho, March 9,2025. She was very prompt in taking my order. We took our food home since we ordered food for another person. We discovered black hair in the French fries! Needless to say we did not finish eating our meal. I would recommend anyone working around food to wear a hair net. I also noticed the fryer was pulled away from the wall. The floor was a total mess. Grease everywhere. At this point, we will not be going back to eat there. I will be watching for changes to be made. If no changes are made we will find a different place to eat.

23 minutes to get 1 burger and fry and nobody was ahead of me. Can't hear your people on the speaker. Was scolded rudely for not pulling up far enough to wait 23 mins. Bacon was like eating rocks with no flavor. No napkin, receipt, fry sauce I asked for. Completely unexceptable!!! =( Carls Jr is right next door hint hint
