We visited the business in Jerome Idaho, March 9,2025. She was very prompt in taking my order. We took our food home since we ordered food for another person. We discovered black hair in the French fries! Needless to say we did not finish eating our meal. I would recommend anyone working around food to wear a hair net. I also noticed the fryer was pulled away from the wall. The floor was a total mess. Grease everywhere. At this point, we will not be going back to eat there. I will be watching for changes to be made. If no changes are made we will find a different place to eat.

23 minutes to get 1 burger and fry and nobody was ahead of me. Can't hear your people on the speaker. Was scolded rudely for not pulling up far enough to wait 23 mins. Bacon was like eating rocks with no flavor. No napkin, receipt, fry sauce I asked for. Completely unexceptable!!! =( Carls Jr is right next door hint hint

We went through the drive through. Their speaker was completely inaudible. Nobody was stationed at either window after they took our order. There were no other customers inside the store or at the drive through yet the employees took several minutes just to take our payment and even longer to get us our order. The food was put together very sloppy and we weren't given a single napkin.

Went through the drive thru and got a cone because they are running a special, the kid hands me a cup with a cone in it and the ice cream was practically soup. I then asked him if he could remake it because that is not an ice cream cone, he told me that the swirl ice cream is always like that. I will drive to twin or Kimberly before I come back to this location!
