Excellent. Food quality, presentation and quantity through the roof!!Pulled Pork Salad was off the charts great! Best I've ever had.I will be back and to make Excellent even better is the price. They could not verify my order although I had already paid, the staff was incompetent at best. I had to go in and prove my purchase and then they found my order. When my significant other went in to pick up the to-go order they had no idea what we were talking about and until I got irritated improved my purchase then all of a sudden they had my order. I would not purchase from this location ever again.

I'm done with this place!Third time I've tried ordering something.There is never anyone in the food couch. You have to ring the bell and wait, then they seem irritated to be there.Place order, only to be told. We are out of this item.Never anything saying they are out of anything.Went to the the one next to burnt lemon. Always someone in the truck, Always customers.They were nice, the food good.The whole time I was there saw 1 person go to the burnt lemon.He had to wait for someone take come take his order.

If you’re hungry you should stop in and have a burger. The portions sizes are big and the food is delicious.I gave them 4 star because the last few time I’ve eaten there the staff (lady taking our order) was not very friendly. Everyone can have a bad day but it’s happened more than once. Customer service is important.

Took an hour to get the correct order.. We enjoy stopping by here to get fuel & good food but lately not at all !! When my order not correct the employee argue with me.. no apology!! Could be a great place to enjoy on roadtrip!!

We absolutely love the food at Burnt Lemon. When we tried to call today it rang a few times and said no one was available to take my call. We stopped by at 7pm and the dude working told me they were closed, we were so sad.

I want so much for this local place to be good. It's just not. I've been here 3 times now and ordered the Western Chicken, Mushroom Jack Burger, and the Blue Bird Roll up. Each time I've been so disappointed. The food is so greasy and produce old (wilted lettuce). The girl that helped me today clearly didn't want to be there and that seems to be a theme with all the reviews here. (I know everyone is Burnt out from Covid and I get it). The chicken today tasted like the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a long time. Could not even finish half the sandwich. I really want to support local businesses but this is the third strike for this place.

The food is delicious don't get me wrong! But the costumer service from the new lady is awful.. she's always grumpy and too quiet you can't hear her. Shes always so rude ! The last 2 times I've gone I've had to wait 35 minutes when when no one is in line in front of me everyone has there food.. I asked for no tomato ! I got TOMATO. My boyfriend asked for no mayo and onions and got both! This will be the last time .
The bbq roll up is 100% the star of the show so packed full of flavor . From someone who can’t stand mushrooms this roll up made them palatable. Would definitely purchase again next time I need to try one of their lemonade

We were at the Jerome burnt the girl wasso rude my finger steaks were burnt to dust and beyond black pieces in everything which means your fryer is dirty gross burnt hamburger patty. Shut Jerome down keep the twin store. I love your twin falls store we were there 12/11 at 11am. Please get rid of the girl apparently other review mentioned her

We got the basic cheeseburgees, pickle fries and lemonade icecream. It was spendy, but the food was well worth the price. We will probably be returning in the future.

The girl who took our order at the cashier is the WORST!!! Rolled her eyes like crazy when I asked for something and refused to help. She should be fired. Can’t believe this food truck keeps an employee like that! Lol
