Restroom was filthy with trash bin full and paper on the floor. Underside of toilet seat had dried urine. Brown colored sink. Food came out luke warm and not hot or fresh. Employees standing around.

Awesome crisp fries. Dble burger: 1st one made wrong. 2nd one had Barely warm beef patties, sloppy construction, excessive ketchup and smearing outside all over, veggies all in a pile. I had to deconstruct it just to eat it without looking like a caveman and I practically just tried to eat the cold beef with cheese. Never again. 2 soda fountains for the lobby were out of order. $15??? Do better Carl's, do better. Helps earn repeat business.

This was horrible service, I waited minutes and I'm not even exaggerating. All the wait just for a burger that wasn't even that good so if you wanna eat here and your in a hurry just dont. There is plenty more options that are faster.

Awful Stopped in for a late lunch And the server was very nice. The food was terrible. Like as if it had been sitting around for awhile. Took one bite and through it away.
Always get decent food, one of my favorite Burger Joints.
Parking: I usually go when it isn't busy, generally park right by or in front of the Entry Door.

They saw me, struggling single mom who’s tire just popped right before having to go through the drive thru & my son was screaming & I only had like $9 on me and was trying to make it work for him & I! They gave it to me for free & asked if I needed anything for my son. I was just thinking how sad and down bad I was but that really helped me & my day. Thank you guyssss!!!

Gal in a blue mini skirt went behind the counter for bug spray. I'm assuming she was an employee but off. She then walked thru the dining area spraying flies or bees. Kinda gross while you are eating.
