After 10 pm at night and they were already closed I parked at this business to do laundry at my friends' house next door, thinking it will not bother anybody since they are closed and cleaning up and going home for the night. They had my car towed at 10:30 pm at night when their whole parking lot was empty if they needed a place to do something. Which is all understandable since it is their property and late at night. However they would not tell me where my car had been towed to and played dumb about it for 4 days, after going in there multiple times after my car was towed, I kept being told that nobody knows anything about it. After 4 days the owner finally told me what tow company he called to have it moved but seriously played stupid for 4 whole days while my car sat it the impound. Very shiesty in my opinion!!!! It was very obvious that nobody who worked there including the owner did not want to be honest or care when I was not an inconvenience to them at all. TERRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS

Great experience overall, I'm a sucker for spicy and their options can really make you suffer. Delicious options, my favorite meat was the carnitas but they offer a wide variety. If you're looking for a decent taco they also got what you need.

Almost $50 for 6 tacos. Asked how much for the guacamole was told 2.99 so politely I declined. They closed right after we left, and I looked at the receipt and was charged for the guacamole.

No people skills,accused my husband of being demanding for asking for Splenda 2x in 10 minutes. When discussing owner said they didn't care about our request for vegetables in caldo de ros. I for 2 slivers of carrot. a miniscule cabbage leaf one sliver of potatoe and one slice of chaote squash2 cups coffee,small bowl chips and salsa 38.00. Can't say how the food tasted because did not eat but had to pay. When tried to explain how customer service could travel through word of mouth female at counter said she could care less because my husband was being demanding and unreasonable. Will never recommend this place or have any thing good to say about their service. They had 3 tables and she could not handle it. The male escorted me out because if I did not like it leave. I think it was handled absolutely deplorably. In response to your answer as the owner. Nobody called any foul names to you. Just the fact that you have to lie about the situation shows your lack of customer skills. I never stated how long I worked in management. I was only trying to explain word of mouth. I customer bad mouths a business and 30 more hear about it etc. Have a good life. I am sorry you have to work with people because you obviously are not happy about it.

The food is alright and the service is also ok. Would recommend if they actually get our order in right. I have gone their 3 different time because I believe that to truly evaluate a restaurant you must give 2 more tries. And they still fell short all 3 times.
