This place is certainly not what you would expect when you walk in. Both inside and out it is plain, simple and basic. They do have seating and a waitress. Overall I was very pleased. The waitress was pleasant and prompt. The food came quickly. It was very good, tasty and fresh. They do have some very reasonable selections on the menu. They also make most common dishes you find at a Chinese restaurant. Not being fancy, this worked fine for me. I got full, the food was very good and the price was reasonable. I would recommend it highly as long as it is not date night.

We have done take-out for years from China Garden but decided to dine-in today, and we are so glad we did! Great food and a wonderful waitress.

I ate lunch here twice while in Jerome. There are a variety of lunch specials under $6, which is beyond reasonable. It was more food than I could comfortably finish. I found the breading in the sweet and sour pork light and crispy, same with the Mandarin chicken. The staff were super friendly, even sending me on my way with a take-away glass of soda when I couldn't finish it. And I loved the sauces. They also offer a few American items, such as burgers.

Locally owned Chinese restaurant. The portions are great, always enough for my husband and I usually have leftovers. The flavors are good, a little Americanized but still delicious. My personal favorite is the spicy honey chicken, a really good balance of spicy and sweet. My husband goes for the combination plates. My kids love the pot stickers, claiming them to be the best they've ever had. Reasonable prices, great service, good food. I've never had to wait on a table, it's bigger inside than it looks like. No complaints, we eat here regularly. They also offer takeout though I've never done it myself, prefer to eat out and not dirty my own plates.

When the previous owners left, I was worried that we would lose this restaurant because In our small town, it is such a treat to have Chinese Food and Take-Out available . The lunch specials menu has a lot of variety and two levels of pricing - less than $6 and less than $7. The meal comes with soup or salad. Friendly and fast service. The dinner menu has combination plates, family style dinners and both a kids menu and American food if you need it. I think you will like it.

I am not sure why some say the portions are smaller. For me they are the same (mostly larger for lunch) and I have had nothing but good food and service from the owners. Great place for lunches and dinners. I have recommended this restaurant to many.

Ate here once, was not impressed. The food was not fresh, rice was hard. The chicken breading was a bit soggy. The Egg Flour Soup threw us off. We had never had it with vegetables in it. Would not recommend this to other people.

Before the new owners took over (from the same family) the service was rude and terrible. The food is great and you actually get what you order. Portions are generous and the service is very friendly now!
After a long day viewing the eclipse and driving in traffic, we were hungry and tired and just wanted something good to eat in our hotel room. We decided on Chinese take out. Good decision!! This little place is clean and the woman who handled our transaction was friendly and efficient. After ordering, our food was ready in a very reasonable amount of time, and packed neatly into a box to carry out. Our food was tasty and not greasy. If I lived in this area, I would be back.
