Passing through Jerome found this on TP. Really good hot fresh Chinese food. Very quick service. Large menu. Lots of people calling orders in so you know popular with locals and food really fresh.
This place is certainly not what you would expect when you walk in. Both inside and out it is plain, simple and basic. They do have seating and a waitress. Overall I was very pleased. The waitress was pleasant and prompt. The food came quickly. It was very good, tasty and fresh. They do have some very reasonable selections on the menu. They also make most common dishes you find at a Chinese restaurant. Not being fancy, this worked fine for me. I got full, the food was very good...
I ate lunch here twice while in Jerome. There are a variety of lunch specials under $6, which is beyond reasonable. It was more food than I could comfortably finish. I found the breading in the sweet and sour pork light and crispy, same with the Mandarin chicken. The staff were super friendly, even sending me on my way with a take-away glass of soda when I couldn't finish it. And I loved the sauces. They also offer a few American items, such as burgers.
