This is a racist company in a racist state. They kept me out in the blizzard for a long time. When I asked why, they threatened to deny my load. After constantly delaying me and threatening me they denied my load as soon as I backed in. Saying there is mold in my trailer. I live in Vegas and they just pointed his flashlight at a spot and I could never find it. I eventually got same load at High Desert Milk with no problems, they throughly checked my trailer, swept and vacuumed it. also said Idaho Milk is a known jerk. I called the company talked to Supervisor Halverson. He was the root of all problems. They loaded all white drivers and rejected drivers who are black, brown. Indian etc. He literally told me he doesn’t wanna do business with us and to tell our companies not to come. I guess they prefer local white drivers. They are so bad with drivers that they put lock on the shipping office with camera. They try not to let us in or discourage us and eventually to deny us after I spent fuel on 200 miles on deadhead. I hope other administration would fix this and get rid of them. Do not show up here with your truck.

I've got loaded here before when I was OTR, the people were great. And pretty decent time to load. On the other hand I know people that work there and it's not great. Heard so many bad stuff with managements and others doing lots of drama and rumors. Favoritism is a thing there and get paid better than others because of it.I was looking to become a driver for them and after hearing all this I'd rather not bother with them, find somewhere else untill they fix their management and pay.
