Subways messed up and let Jersey come in. Great sandwiches. I had the #5, Giant. Employees have positive and have great attitudes.

Customer service was awful. Had to ask 3 times to get my sandwich heated up. They were just rushing people thru. I know it was busy but come on pay attention to your customers..

This is the most delicious sub I’ve ever had. I’ve tried Jersey in other states and they were okay, but this one is just amazing. Whatever you guys are doing .keep it up 🚀🚀🚀🥪

The crew in today was fantastic. They were super nice and professional. We ordered up a giant club sub. There were fresh ingredients, plenty added to the sandwich and it tasted great. I’m always impressed that the bread is so soft. Good job guys!

Great Gluten Free sandwich as always! The cute girl at the counter was so sweet!
She asked every customer where they were from and where they were headed! I was so impressed with her friendliness!

This Jersey Mike's sucks.I drive all the way over here for a breakfast sandwich right at 10:00 a.m. and they stop serving them. It says online that they serve breakfast till 11:00 a.m.

Went to get a sandwhich; and asked if they could warm the meat on the grill, as I am pregnant and can only have deli if it is warmer. Was refused; being told they aren’t allowed to warm any sandwiches. Frustrating since I know other Jersey Mikes have done this request.

The last three times we visited Jersey Mikes in Jerome, we order the same sandwich as always. However, those last times, the subs were short on meat and toppings compared to the past. Less than half of the meat on the sandwich and we had to ask for more veggies over and over. Not sure what’s going on, but I think paying over $10 for a 6 inch sub, it should be better done. Probably not going back.

Good Sub Sandwich’s, But The Staff Isn’t Always Friendly While You Place An Order, That’s Been My Experience The Last Few Times Ordering Here, Don’t Expect Anyone To Go Out Of The Way To Be Friendly Or Just Pleasant During Any Visit.

Excellent sandwiches and good service. A great spot to grab something for the road. I do strongly recommend finding breakfast somewhere else. The food offered for the breakfast menu is terrible, nothing like the
Quality I have come to know from Jersey Mike's.

Grew up in the New Jersey/Philly area. These hoagies are the best you can get without being in the Jersey/Philly area. This location was clean with plenty of seating.
