I was unsatisfied with the taste of my sandwich. I think I prefer more to subway. Sorry Jersey Mike's, i gave you a chance but it just wasn't a sandwich I would prefer again.
The sandwich bread was squished and basically ripped instead of cut with the bread knife. Meat was cut and thrown around before sloppily placed on the sandwich. We told the guy we were planning to use points to get 1 of the sandwiches. The girl putting the sides on basically just stopped it on so everything was on one side. Her attitude was like she didn't care and didn't want to be there. I do applaud her for getting me a fresh avocado because I didn't want the black ones that were out. But just as I was saying thanks, they told us we couldn't use our points as the internet was down. Asked the guy why he didn't say anything g when we told him before anything was made that we were going to use points. He just shrugged his shoulders. I love the food at jersey mikes but the attitude and service tonight was disappointing.and the way the sandwiches were put together showed how much they do not like their jobs or the customers. We used to make the extra miles to go to this location because it's always been good food and good service. Well not anymore. The guy came from twin and brought his attitude and disrespect with him. No thanks.

9-28-25 9 AM today. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, and all the things that they put on your sandwich left unattended for flies to enjoy. I won’t never eat here again because I’ve seen it all those of the times I’ve been eating flies. Didn’t know it.
At least Subway can cover their food I am so pissed off about it. It’s like it’s no big deal to the employees and they’re good people, but they should know better who wants to eat food that flies are vomiting on so they can consume it.
The overall experience always leaves me satisfied.
Over the years we’ve come to this location many times; ordering in store, but more recently with online orders and in store pickup. Service has never been great, but the last three orders have been so poor—not per the instructions, or so coated in oregano and mustard it was inedible. Lastly, we waited over 30 minutes for the last two orders because they were not ready at pickup time. Zero response from customer service and no explanation from staff. Never returning.

I ordered my food 20 minutes before I even got there. After pumping fuel across the street at Flying J, I came over to the Jersey Mike’s side, used the bathroom, bought a bag of ice, and then checked in with the guy because my bag was already sitting on the counter. Then I waited another 20 minutes while watching at least six different people who ordered in person get their sandwiches before me.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if people walking in off the street get served faster? Completely bush league.

Saturday morning around 11:30 I came into Jersey mikes to pick up an order my mom had made. I walked up to the counter where a lady was sweeping and another girl was standing talking to her. They both looked at me and walked to the back and ignored me standing at the front. I stood there for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to come and help me. Then an elder walked up and I went and sat down. She helped the elderly lady and then she finally asked me if I was here for a mobile order sounding annoyed. She then continued to throw down my order on the table called the name and did not say a word to me and rolled her eyes and walked away. I’ve never had a problem with them before but I’m guessing they just had a bad day today. There still should be no excuse to be rude to consumers. I still tried to be nice either way tho.

Subways messed up and let Jersey come in. Great sandwiches. I had the #5, Giant. Employees have positive and have great attitudes.

Customer service was awful. Had to ask 3 times to get my sandwich heated up. They were just rushing people thru. I know it was busy but come on pay attention to your customers..

This is the most delicious sub I’ve ever had. I’ve tried Jersey in other states and they were okay, but this one is just amazing. Whatever you guys are doing .keep it up 🚀🚀🚀🥪
