You wouldn’t think gas station chicken would be anything to write home about, but you’d be wrong. This chicken was super juicy and flavorful. We got it fresh and were very happy we stopped during our road trip through Idaho. The staff were super kind and friendly! There’s a fun seating area with a couple food trucks inside as well. We will be making this a regular stop every time we come through here.
