Rice was sort of hard, shrimp was good tortilla were trash like they microwaved a pack of em that was sitting somewhere on top a fridge. I don’t eat meat and that’s on me, and I forgot to mention that as I ordered the shrimp fajita, thinking it was solely shrimp + veggies. Told them about that, was anticipating they’d ask if I wanted to take have it taken back to replace the meat with shrimp, but nah just a sorry which I appreciated..

So good we always stop on road trips. In fact, we plan our road trips so we will be near La Costa Colima for lunch or dinner. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Great service and atmosphere for authentic food.

Our First Time Eating Here, Fantastic Food, Delicious Will Be Going Back, Very Clean Restaurant, Great Service… Totally Recommend This Restaurant For Anyone Looking For Something New When In Jerome.
