Little Caesars Pizza

Everything is great I love it the employees are attentive (I walk in and they call me by name (me and my wife love pizza so I'm there a lot) the food is always fresh, and cooked just right (especially if you know how to order what you want) the only thing I could ever complain about and it's not even serious is the fact that sometimes the pizza isn't cut all the way through so I have to sometimes recut it when I get home (again no issue we love pizza so obviously we have a pizza cutter)

Every time I come here I get a premade pizza for quick fast meal. These “fresh pizza” always taste hard. Everytime I’m there there usually no one at the front counter and no one watching it and everyone is in the back.

Called in to get 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks the pizza was still doughy and so were the breadsticks. The pizza was burned & when I got there to pick it up, they only gave me one bread stick & had to pay 2 different times.

Haven’t had issues until now. The last few experiences have been awful trying to eat this food. My family and I usually get one classic pizza, one classic pepperoni, and bread sticks. The food has begun to taste horrible and even has a weird smell. The pizzas look drastically different every time. Just last week we tried thin crust. The pizza was stuck to the box and again did not taste well. Will no longer come here on my own.

Picked up a pizza on our way through Idaho and they were quick and the pizza was cooked perfectly and was the right temperature. Sometimes you get a stale pizza from some locations but this one was great.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pepperoni deep dish, a cheese and pineapple, and crazy bread. It all came burnt, and the side of the pizza box was literally stuck into the deep dish pizza. I called and asked for a refund, they said they would call me back and never did. I took the food back, they wouldn't refund my money, I asked for new food, they wouldn't do that either, but they took the burnt food back. I was given a form to fill out for corporate, they didn't fill out any of the information they were supposed to. Went back the next day with the paperwork, I was told they had refunded my money, still haven't seen the refund. I called to ask about it and kept getting the run around. I was told they would call me back. I had my boyfriend call a couple times, and he got the same run around. When I called, I finally got to talk to the manager, but I heard the employee say, "it's a girl this time." Garbage food and horrible customer service. I'm not sure which is worse in this establishment, but they should be shut down. Save your time and money, go to domino's or pizza hut. Better yet, go to Pizza Factory. Excellent customer service and the food is fantastic.

Everytime I've purchased crazy bread from the Jerome location, it is burnt. You are cooking it to long.

Extremely slow at getting your order made. If you order online expect to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour than what time it says it's suppose to be ready at.

Food upset my stomach felt nausea all day, last time I came in there there was bits of plastic in my sauce in my pizza. customer stared me down gave me a dirty look this place in terrible don't recommend ? not going back
