We ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 personal pan pizza last night for delivery. We have all been sick and it was the only thing that sounded like a good idea for our house. We ordered a wrangler, a bacon ranch, a firehouse, and a BLT added pickles. This is where this order goes off the rails we received a whole sub with cheese and just bacon. No lettuce. No tomato and no pickle. I called and the young man who answered the phone met my issues with a lot of silence and ums and uhs His first response was well we don’t sell pickles. Then why is it on the menu as an add on?! He continues to say you ”Well you can bring the sandwich back and we can add lettuce and tomato to it” I then proceeded to lean on him about remaking it and just gave up after my wife said to not worry about it she would just eat what they sent. Papa Kelsey’s has been one of my favorite go tos and have been ecstatic they came to Jerome. Step up the game people and maybe train some of your employees on how to have some customer service skills. Highly disappointed this go round

Owner hid my review about him dropping a cookie on the ground and putting it back with the others It's kind of sad, cheap owner and just plain disgusting. People deserve to know, do not recommend.

Terrible service terrible food. If you’re looking for pizza, this is not the place, rude owner, watched him pick up a cookie from the ground and put it back in with the others absolutely disgusting.
