We ordered online and decided to wait in the lobby and the person who made our sandwiches was caught with an ear bud in his ear and was told to put it away, he was wearing gloves and TOUCHED his ear bud and proceeded to make our sandwiches. If you want a sandwich with a side of posible ear wax then this is your place.

I like subway but man sometimes it just ain’t it. An employee male with long hair slammed his fist on the counter when I asked for multiple subs. I understand that being a one man team sucks but he literally did not need to throw a fit.

Went here June 22 I was unsure about what to get employee suggested the special. It was very good and I appreciate the customer service I got for lunch. Gonna make this location a regular place for lunch. Cool vending machines too.

Very disappointed in the professionalism from this subway. It was one guy doing all of the work and hike another was just complaining to him and all the customers how the manager called and said he had to work till close and even states he is going to make the manager take is opening shift for the next day because of it. He was slamming things and being very aggressive with everything he was doing. I don’t know what the story is but keep it away from the customers just trying to get their meal especially since the wait time was 45 minutes with the one kid doing his best to get everyone taken care of and trying to calm down his co worker. Also I work 10 - 16 hour days outside and I hope that kid kind find a normal 8 hour job someday since that seems to be too much for him to handle.
Went in today at around 7:30pm, was ready to have a good meal with a friend and we didn't enjoy the person serving us. He was flirting with us and then was messing with us about not letting us have a certain topping which is quite ridiculous and disrespectful as we were hungry and tired. Then we believe he used his employee discount on us because it was cheaper than normal. Overall we love the food but the server was just not okay, we think his name was Zach and he has blonde hair.

So this might seem harsh but it was earned. The gal put only 4 or 5 single slices of meat on the sandwichs I ordered. They were both 12 inch subs. She just had a bad attitude and a lack of customer service skills from the word go. When it got to the veggies she put 2 giant handfuls of pickles and two giant handfuls of olives on my sandwich. My sandwich was just a pickle and olive sandwich with a hint of meat. It was gross. My partners sandwich wasn't any better from what he said. I'm not sure if she was new, having a bad day or both. But maybe some retraining and a "hey you doing okay?" from management might be helpful.
