I sat in the drive-through for about 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. I eventually pulled up to the window, but the employee still ignored me. There were no other customers, yet the worker wasn’t helping anyone or taking orders. The lack of service was unbelievable—no greeting, no response, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway at all; it’s a complete waste of time and you won’t get helped.

This is the only subway I will go to. Not to fond of the lady with the greasy hair, she doesn’t really listen to what you ask for… but the young man I encountered last time I went was absolutely astounding. So polite and payed attention to what his customer asked for. Great young man.
I can't really suggest eating here. The last 3 times I've been here around lunch rush there has been only 1 employee working. Staff has been friendly and apologetic about delays. Sandwiches are hastily slapped together and vegetables looked old and wilted.

Placed an online order. Got there sooner than I thought I would be only to be told I can’t watch my sandwich be made. The worker said she felt uncomfortable with people watching her make a sandwich. That’s the whole reason to go to a subway!!!!
Was also told that there is a fifteen minute grace period…….
This is one of our favorite subways between Boise and Salt Lake. They even decorated for Halloween 🎃

I took two “Free 6” Sub” coupons here and before ordering made sure they were going to accept them because I got them from a different location. The employee said yes, I ordered them and at the register it wouldn’t accept them!!!!! I ended up paying for them and am NOT IMPRESSED! Someone needs to train their staff!

We went here for lunch today and the young lady that was there was alone, doing all the orders and drive-thru, but she was patient and running it like a rockstar. We were super impressed and the food was good too. Kudos to her!
