The prices were not accurate. They messed up our food, so we called back. They admitted to messing it up and insisted that we were lying. I understand having young staff and making mistakes, however proper customer service should be happening.

Really wanted to like this but it was sooo slow. Only three of us in the restaurant and it took them over an hour before they got anyones food out. Big portions but shockingly overpriced. No prices on the menu which should have been a giveaway.

customer service was horrible. i ordered only 2 sides of rice and didn’t get it. she claimed she didn’t speak english when i asked when my rice was going to be out. when she literally spoke a full english sentence to me when i ordered it and to everyone who spoke to her after. just rude

I give this place 2 stars because you can only pay with cash. You have to plan to go in and make sure you have enough cash to do so. It's not great for a quick bite if you're just hungry in the moment.

Don’t come here, unless you want to be overcharged. Menu has no prices and portions are very small. You’re looking at about $60+ for 3 people. That’s over $20 a person for one burrito and one drink, crazy! Don’t get scammed and ask for prices and receipts.

I used to absolutely love this place. Every time I pass through I always made a point to stop here for some awesome Carnitas tacos. I was there this past Sunday to see mice on the floor in the back of the restaurant. They were pretty healthy looking so they have obvious been eating pretty well. As much as I love the service and love the food I will not be back. If you have ever seen what they leave behind in a restaurant it would disgust you. My recommendation is that it is time to get an exterminator

We have been coming here quite frequently for about 2 years and have always been satisfied with the service, but after receiving this type of experience with the waitress at this restaurant there is no way I would go back. My partner and I decided to go to dinner here. My daughter and I received our food and the waitress asked me if we had received my partner's food. Note that my partner did not have a plate of food in front of him and she was the ONLY waitress. Then I kept telling him that we are still waiting. She walked back. I finished my food and so did my daughter and my partner still hadn't received her food. Then I got up and told the cashier that we were still waiting for his plate. The waitress then comes to tell us that the cooks confused it with a different order earlier and then goes on to say that I was the one who misunderstood her when she asked me if it was missing. She literally was the ONLY waitress and again there was no plate in front of my partner at the time she asked me if we had received her food. Then they continued to charge me for these tacos we waited almost an hour and somehow it was our fault. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Talk about customer service. I definitely will not recommend this place to any family or friends.
