Fair warning, the serving sizes are massive. I thought a waffle and some biscuits, eggs and gravy would be a good sampling of the menu. It's a lot of food, and so incredibly delicious, and the waitress was very sweet as well. Better come here on an empty stomach!

The food is so delicious it’s almost worth the wait.
The waitress Anna our first visit was friendly and checked in often. Missy with the coffee was funny and engaging. We had to wait an hour for food but thought it was a fluke. We drove back from McCall to eat here again because the food was so good but a new waitress we hardly engaged at all
With, and an hour and 45 minute wait later we almost left without our food regardless of how good it was. Everyone around us was getting very frustrated. We heard from locals this is pretty normal. So if you have no where to be I would recommend it. Just know it’s a wait but the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is great chatting with the locals was entertaining.

I loved the place. Being from a long way out of town this restaurant had exactly the charm I was looking for. Our waitress Anna was great, breakfast was perfect.
If this was close to where I live I'd be there all the time.

Very poor service. Had to let them know that we were there. Then we had to let them know we were ready to order. Toast was very hard. Won't be back

I've been here twice now when I go to visit family. The food is good, and sometimes it takes up to 45 minutes to receive it.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I came in on a recent saturday afternoon. Server did a good job letting me know that there was a large group in front of me, I was okay with waiting a few minutes for a Pastrami sandwich and fries. So I sat waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Everyone else who had come in before or after me had their food and left. Finally the server came by and realized that my food ticket was never even picked up by the kitchen staff. This was over an hour after sitting down, it still took 15-20 more minutes before I had my food. The staff was somewhat apologetic, but not to the extent that one would expect for waiting that long. Going to be hard to stay in business with service like that.

The last several times we have went there to eat, we have waited for about an hour to get our food. it has not been at all worth the wait. Yesterday I ordered biscuits and gravy and my friend ordered Quiche. we waited 50 minutes for the food. the busicuits were so hard I couldn't even poke the knife through them. My friend's quiche was burnt. the waitress, bless her soul, was embarrassed for us. This was their last shot. I won't be going back and I'll make sure whenever our friends come to town, we go elsewhere. I won't buy their rock hard bread either. I tried having toast and cracked a tooth on the crust. It is sad. They used to be better.
We (4 adults, 3 kids) went for lunch about 1 or 130pm. Food was a bit of a wait (about an hour), but it was delicious! It WAS busy, and server was apologetic. Baked goods and food was top notch, bread for the sandwiches was from the bakery. Despite the long wait, I would definitely eat there again, just earlier in the day.
