The menu she currently has(didnt have when I ate there) does not tell you the sandwich sizes. Go to walmart and look at their french and garlic bread that's the size. I don't recommend if you're broke like me as it is way too expensive for 3 to eat, my boyfriend and I split the food he ordered because of their prices. We spent over $100 there.
I also made arrangements with the owner to meet with her and discuss possibly delivering food for them. We agreed to meet at a specific time, 4 PM, and she was busy for 2 hrs while we sat there waiting. I lost all interest in this place when that happened I will promote any local business except this one.
My time, energy, and money are better suited for places like Mae's Market in Smelterville, tall pine in Pinehurst, Hilltop in Kingston, etc. I'd even drive to Saltese to the old Montana bar over eating here.

My wife and I stopped in on there soft opening. We were excited to try this out. I've been in the restaurant business for 18 years.
The bread is way to much, peppers and onions need to be cut smaller. No one wants half a pepper in one bit. Second the meat is not the right cut. This is nota Philly cheese steak that I have ever seen. Third the price for the valley is out of control, one whole sandwich and pop for $33 dollars, way to much. Yokes makes a better sandwich for a lot less.
Sorry for the bad review. But not everyone can run a restaurant just because you worked in one. One last thing you opened up, in the wrong time of year you missed the whole summer. Will not eat there again.
This is the best Philly steak sandwich I’ve ever had. The complaints about taking to long are impatient people. So worth the weight. Garlic cheesy bread was delicious. Mac and cheese was bomb. Nothing bad to say. A half can be split 100%. A whole sandwich 22” is for 3+ people. Portions are huge.

Food was decent, but the management need to figure things out. Took way, way too long to get food, and everyone else in there was waiting a long time too. Employees didn't seem to know what they were doing and the ordering process was...sub-optimal. Also what kind of restaurant asks for tips when you walk up to the counter to order?
A lot I didn't like about the place, food was good, but not worth such a long wait, Spent $50 on a large sandwich, garlic bread, some sauce to dip it in and two canned sodas.
Owner greeted us before entering, which was cool, but she divulged too much information about what was going on and how her plans for the restaurant menu was "10 pages long" which was bizarre. Wish the bread had been toasted. The philly seemed like something I could make at home honestly.
So overall - slow, a bit confusing, pricey, and just OK. Hope to try them out again in a year or so to see if they have figured stuff out. Would be nice if it was a sit down restaurant, and someone came to take your order rather than 2 people trying to figure out an order and the POS system and make sure everyone working is doing ONE specific job. It seemed chaotic and unorganized for such a little menu. Just some constructive criticism.

This past Friday night bought a large cheesesteak and cheese garlic bread. The owner was very cordial and introduced herself to me and everyone who stopped in. The food was delicious. Looking forward to when pizza is on the menu! Will be back!

Restaurantji Recommends
The Philly cheese steak sandwich is outstanding and the chicken Alfredo mmmmmm this place is the best restaurant in town I recommend everyone should go there Leslie your the best
Leslie has done an amazing job with this place. We went in for the soft opening, so a few hiccups were expected as they worked out the kinks, but it really went pretty smooth. The food was excellent, Leslie is an amazing host, the smell alone alomost makes the visit worthwhile, and the excited atmosphere really keeps you pumped. I had the large buffalo chicken sandwich, and she was not kidding when she said it was LARGE!!!! I was thinking Subway large, no, this thing is TWO FULL SUBWAY SANDWICHES stacked next to each other MONSTER SIZED LARGE!!! My wife is not fond of cheesesteaks, so Leslie made a special sandwich for her, which was really awesome, and made the night even better.
Leslie has plans to open the menu up greatly, and even do some quick-serve stuff, which will be great on the go. I am excited that we have some good food just two blocks from home, but also fear for my pocketbook as I am pretty sure a sizeable portion of each paycheck will be going here from now on.
Vegetarian options: I don't know that it would be a cheese-steak sandwch without the steak, but the veggies are grilled in oil, and a pile of the veggies on a warm bun would still be delicious.
Dietary restrictions: As each dish is custom made, I am certain Leslie and her crew can make any dish match a dietary restriction someone may have.
Parking: There is a bunch of street parking available as the location is on a corner with parking spots going both directions. In addition, the dirt lot where the old hotel was is available for parking, and the old Wells-Fargo lot is also available. PLENTY of parking near here.
Kid-friendliness: A very kid-friendly environment. Nothing obscene or scandallous on the walls, the staff has pleseant language, and the patrons all keep to them selves, as is the Idaho way.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access directly from the road or sidewalk. No major steps or hurdles as it is ground floor.

Last Saturday night I had one of the best veggie sandwiches made by the new owner Leslie. She was so very friendly with a great passion as a chef of classic "Americana Fine Cuisine."
I've eaten at most of the nice restaurants in town, and hers is now my favorite one.
Thank you Leslie for adding to what makes our town special and unique.
:)
