I placed an online order at 9:23 PM, which indicated that my estimated time of arrival (ETA) would be 30 minutes. However, after 10:00 PM and with no updates regarding my order, I decided to inquire about its status via telephone. I was informed, without the need to provide my name, that I could expect an additional wait of over two hours before my delivery would be dispatched. Had I been aware that my total wait time would extend to three hours, I would not have proceeded with my order.

I called in an order over the phone, got the text confirmation that the order had been placed, and was told that the pizza would be ready in 12-17 minutes. We showed up 20 minutes later and upon arrival they said that the pizza would be another 30 minutes. We cancelled our order and went somewhere else for dinner.

It's a Domino's. It tastes like Domino's. They now have pizza with stuffed crust. There is stuffing in the crust. If you are such a goose as to review it 1 star just because they were overwhelmed on their first day... you're pretty special, and not in the good way.
