Went through the drive thru at 8pm on September 27 2024. 1 other car at the other speaker. Ordered 1 plain cheeseburger and it took them over 10 mins to get it. The one guy was literally sitting against the window almost the whole time. No one even told us it would be a wait or said anything to us until they finally handed us the cheeseburger. Ridiculous! The burger was barely hot. It didn't even melt the cheese.

I have repeatedly had my orders messed up! Ordered two sandwiches with extra stuff and both came out with nothing on them "not even cheese" then drove all the way back and still got the wrong thing. I dont usually say anything cause all they say is "we're sorry" and offer to make me another one. I. Sorry but that doesn't make up for the hassle! O well... shouldn't be eating that stuff anyway lol

I'm glad we stopped here for lunch! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was very clean and our food was fresh and tasty. Our son claimed that it was the best Big Mac he's ever had. We had just been on road trip vacation through multiple states and there were times that McDonald's was the only real option for a hot meal and we had been less than impressed with some of those locations. The Kellogg McDonald's did not disappoint or break the bank. We'll be back!

We waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes, while the order girl and another female employee chatted, laughed stood around. There had to be something to do? Trash to be emptied, floors to sweep, counters to wipe down, help the cooks get our order out quicker?!? They just had their back to us and laughed and giggled the whole time. I realize it was late, and probably slow, but don't goof off right in front of the customer...

No mayonaise and usually forget 1 to 2 items when I come whether ot be dine in or drive through . Fyi . And thanks for the 1 smile that I received. Remember we are all in this together. a smile takes us very far .
