I almost never write reviews but I was so disappointed in my service tonight I had to. I ordered a Big Mac meal and that was all. The lady who took my order was extremely rude over the microphone and even worse when I got to the window to pay. I was honestly kind of shocked at how snotty her tone was. When I pulled forward to get my food, I saw 3 people texting on their cell phones right in front of the window. I get sometimes you have to send a quick text but I know there were at least 3 cars behind me, and they were scrolling for the length I was at the window (about 2min). When I finally got my food, the fries were half full and cold, the Big Mac was a mess, and the straw to my milkshake was broken (this probably wasn't their fault but was my breaking point lol). Had it been just the food, I would have let it go but the poor customer service was pretty astounding for how great they usually are.
