I guess the other reviews are on par with our experience. Saturday night at 6pm they were open and seemed busy from the outside. We walk in and it’s dead silent lol what a vibe! 4 other families in there eating like how is it silent. It was awkward walking in, had to navigate a bunch of boxes and debris every where. They had vanilla, watermelon, and chocolate available with a decent about of toppings. The girl working the front never greeted us, said any words besides what our total came to. Didn’t say thanks for coming in, have a good evening etc nothing. Maybe a little music playing, tidying up the place and having someone work with a personality could get some business in there but I don’t think they want business honestly. Don’t ignore the red flags if you’re coming to silver mountain! If this was my first impression of Idaho, I’d think this place hates people as much as they hate themselves!

This place has gone WAY down hill. Hardly any options, place was disgusting, ended up leaving. Won’t be going back until things are changed. Not sure who’s running it but it’s been yucky for awhile now. Bummer because we don’t have much options here in the valley.

Good froyo!
I live in Kellogg and this place NEVER IS OPEN when they say they are. My daughter got to try it one time ? and she said they had only 3 flavors and hardly any toppings. I'm ashamed that this place is still open. They need to change alot of stuff in order to get happy customers at a SKI RESORT! ?☠️ ?

Was looking forward to taking the kids here after dinner, but they were closed an hour and half earlier than the sign said they would be. Pretty disappointed.
We promised the kids froyo after dinner and when we got there they turned us away. How can a froyo shop run out of Froyo?!? By the looks of these other reviews it looks to be a pattern of unreliability. Someone needs to take responsibility for these situations and hold those accountable for lack of service.
They should hire people who can actually work until the stated closing time. Went this evening around 5:20. The girl working said she was closing at 6 because she had to leave for a practice she couldn't miss. Said we were good for a bit so we sat down. Not too long after she went ahead and rushed us out. Sucks because we were enjoying a calm sit down moment after a busy day.
They just open and close whenever they see fit. Last night hotel was full…. They closed 30 minutes early turning families away. Today it’s almost 9:30 and they aren’t open when it states they open at 8. This has been the last three times we have visited. We tell other families don’t even bother now when we hear them mentioning Mos.

"Guys are guys and girls are girls. There is no in-between."
This business gets two stars for actually being open at the stated time. However, there were only four flavors available. All syrups and sauces were empty, and staff stated there wasn't anymore available but will leave the empty containers out to make it appear as if they have it in stock.Service is awful. These teens don't greet you, don't help you at all or acknowledge your presence and then have the audacity to have signs up stating that "Tips are highly appreciated."Well here is your tip: If you want a money tip, then provide decent to excellent service and you MAY get one. The amount of entitlement to a tip, poor customer service, and lack of options is why we will not be back.
Never open during posted business hours. Went at 7:30 door locked
