Double Shots - A Mountain Cafe

Tried to get hot drip coffee and it was cold. Even after they put out a new pot, it was luke warm. Would NOT recommend this place.

This place is a bit of a joke... all signs point out they open at 7am... as of 8:30am they still aren't open and have about 10 delivery boxes just sitting outside the door.

The service was impeccable and the food was so good! Definitely the best breakfast sandwich at any cafe in the area. I will be telling everyone about it and to come try it out!

Best biscuits and gravy in Kellogg!! Brunette girl and a boy were working and they were very friendly and had great customer service. Great way to end my stay at Silver Mountain!

I went in last Thursday and the people working there were great. I have a very specific coffee order and the barista who said her name was Jules made it to perfection. A guy made our burritos and sandwiches and they were sooo good! Will return!

Please hire a 3rd person for weekends! Two people to handle ordering, drink making, dishes, cleaning, and cooking just isn't cutting it. The food took a bit but was tasty as were the drinks. A bit pricey too. Pricing on the food menu on the big board would be helpful.

Absolutely awful. The place was dirty, gross and just not clean. Payed $30 for 2 small piles of mush. Not to mention the long wait time for no one even being in the shop. The girls cared more about chatting. Watched them use dirty pans to cook. No napkins in a single napkin holder, tables unwashed , garbage on the floor, full dish bin. Disappointing end to our stay at Silver Mountain.

We had breakfast & coffee here three mornings in a row during our recent ski trip and all three visits were great! There was only one lady running the whole place (taking orders, making coffee AND making food) so it wasn't super efficient but she had great customer service skills that made up for the longer wait times. My favorite item was the sausage bagel breakfast sandwich. The location next to the gondola and bathrooms is super convenient to hit up before a day on the mountain.

Waited for 30 minutes for food to come out, left to go change, took a matter of 10 min and came back to pick it up. Several of the young girls working there informed me that because the food was sitting and getting cold they threw it out. Would not recommend wasting your time.

I have been a customer at this cafe many times because unfortunately its the only one close to the gondola. I love being nice to people and I am always friendly with the staff. Each time I have been in I have waited at least 10 min for a single drink. Today broke me and I am officially not going to go anymore. Today I walked in and a few people where waiting for their orders but there was no line to order. I ordered and then a moment later another person ordered. Then this girl comes in and orders 8 drinks and the staff decides to work on her order first. Then the woman that ordered behind me got her drink and I asked them if they forgot about me and they said no and right then started working on my drink. Honestly they should have given me my drink for free at that point. I am not going back in because I am always nice, always tip 20% and each time their lack of customer service makes me feel like they really don’t care about their customers. Its sad because this place could really be something and give people a great start to the day if they focused on customer service. I think if the customer service was outstanding then people probably wouldn’t care so much that the food isn’t that great.

Terrible customer service! We came in around 11 on Sunday and had to double check if they were even open. The employees were sitting in the back. The brunette cashier saw us and remained in the back on her phone. We waited a few more minutes until my husband popped his head around the corner and asked if they were open in which the girl responded “are you ready to order?”. We felt as if we were inconveniencing them by being there.
