Ate here two mornings in a row because I couldn’t get enough! My family all loved what they ordered and the lady who was working was very friendly and fast!
We had breakfast & coffee here three mornings in a row during our recent ski trip and all three visits were great! There was only one lady running the whole place (taking orders, making coffee AND making food) so it wasn't super efficient but she had great customer service skills that made up for the longer wait times. My favorite item was the sausage bagel breakfast sandwich. The location next to the gondola and bathrooms is super convenient to hit up before a day on the mountain.

Waited for 30 minutes for food to come out, left to go change, took a matter of 10 min and came back to pick it up. Several of the young girls working there informed me that because the food was sitting and getting cold they threw it out. Would not recommend wasting your time.

I have been a customer at this cafe many times because unfortunately its the only one close to the gondola. I love being nice to people and I am always friendly with the staff. Each time I have been in I have waited at least 10 min for a single drink. Today broke me and I am officially not going to go anymore. Today I walked in and a few people where waiting for their orders but there was no line to order. I ordered and then a moment later another person ordered. Then this girl comes in and orders 8 drinks and the staff decides to work on her order first. Then the woman that ordered behind me got her drink and I asked them if they forgot about me and they said no and right then started working on my drink. Honestly they should have given me my drink for free at that point. I am not going back in because I am always nice, always tip 20% and each time their lack of customer service makes me feel like they really don’t care about their customers. Its sad because this place could really be something and give people a great start to the day if they focused on customer service. I think if the customer service was outstanding then people probably wouldn’t care so much that the food isn’t that great.

Terrible customer service! We came in around 11 on Sunday and had to double check if they were even open. The employees were sitting in the back. The brunette cashier saw us and remained in the back on her phone. We waited a few more minutes until my husband popped his head around the corner and asked if they were open in which the girl responded “are you ready to order?”. We felt as if we were inconveniencing them by being there.

Service was disappointing. The young girl taking orders was flat and passive aggressive with the 3 of us. After waiting 30 minutes for 2 items the girl then informed me that they were out of ham. I feel as though they could have told us when we ordered. After asking for a refund on the item that same girl rolled her eyes at and shrugged at my group. Disappointed that a manager wasn't around to control this person.

This place must have different owners since the last time we were here. The food has changed and is not even close to the quality it used to be. The service is also SO SLOW. You would think on a weekend with a big event they would have more than two girls working. They have known about this event for many months. The line to order was 8 people long and we stood in line for 7 minutes and they still had not taken an order. People had been waiting for their food and drinks for 20 minutes. Disappointed because this spot, used to be called Moguls was so great.

I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place. It was absolutely horrible. Landed me in the hospital for 2 days on my birthday. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!

We came here on Sunday 6/25 to have some breakfast and we were appalled by the service. The girls working were flat, rude and dismissive. The first 5 mins we sat in line with others they did not even acknowledge any of us, and kept counting their tips. The girl taking our order was the most unfriendly person. Then we got our food- mine was so hot I actually have a burn on my lip now with a blister and my husbands was frozen in the center. 4 girls were working and they sat on their phones or stood there while every table was covered in food and trash. We had to wipe down a table to ourselves to sit and eat. The back was even worse- trash and food all over the floor and counters. I saw them handling money then food with no gloves or hand sanitizer. It was so unsanitary. We were sad and disappointed leaving. I wish it would have been better :(
