Very unwelcoming atmosphere. No smiles or any semblance of customer service. Ordered the footling tuna and asked for mayo on 1/2 and mustard on all, on the bread before the tuna was put on. There was soo much of both on there that it dripped and cooped with every bite. Had to get a fork and scrape it off to continue eating. Will never go there again. McDonald’s would have been better.

Found this on my sandwich and was luckily dining in so I could at the very least get a refund. It took a while for anyone to help me after I said something was wrong with the sandwich though. I don’t think it’s something the employee could’ve caught before serving because it was on the bottom of the bread so I’m leaving this review strictly for others reading to either double check their food before consuming or to stop coming here.
If you look through other reviews you’ll see the lack of hygiene and cleanliness is a common issue that they clearly don’t care to fix. :(
The girl working the window was very nice, but man this subway has been neglected for a while. The girl was using a pen and paper to get our orders through the window because the lobby is closed. Pretty sure she is working alone. Oof

Stopped in to get some lunch and a chirro. The tuna sandwich was great as was the new no. 31 on the menu. The staff was very nice and efficient. The curio was hard and not very good. Next time we will try the footlong cookie.
