Hopefully the manager or owner will see this review. At about 4 PM we were waiting in line to order food and this gal comes in, and you can tell she's upset. The boy making the food says "where have you been? I expected you here at 2 and I'm really overwhelmed" and the gal shouts "I don't give a sheet" loud enough for everyone in line to hear it. She then storms out of the restaurant and comes back in a few minutes later. Rule number one is, you never want anyone who is that upset to make your food, so we left. We probably won't come back. Luckily McDonalds is right across the street.

I used to work at this location and can provide real information of what to expect here, you can expect slow service and lacking hygiene standards! There was a cockroach found in the cookies, and a chocolate chip baked into my fiances sandwich bread. there is also very little health standards when it comes to cleaning the counters and dishes in the back. For roughly $15 a sandwich i would expect dishes to be properly washed and for bread to be properly baked. Dont waste your time, there are plenty better options for lunch. This location also frequently closes early due to “lack of staff” though the manager fires everyone for no reason or fails to schedule workers, she also closes the location due to personal issues, very unprofessional and sad behavior as i usually love subways atmosphere. The skimpy sandwiches are absolutely rediculous. I'll never understand the lack of standards here. This is a big chain and this location puts it to shame. I ordered a tuna sandwich. See pictures, they speak for themselves. They also don't accept subway coupons. Prices are also higher than other locations.

This location has posted on their web hours and at the physical location that they are open until 6 p.m. Among arriving there is a sign in the drive through asking customers to go inside due to staffing issues. We went to go in and the door is locked. Mind you we were visiting this location at 4:30 p.m. so I called and was rudely informed that the manager apparently didn't put out the note stating they closed at 4 p.m. today. As far as I was concerned from all advertising perspectives posted they were technically to be OPEN.

Service is shit. Manager needs to be replaced. Can't come to the business without being told that the lobby is closed due to "staffing issues" and lack of employees. Holds no responsibility or motivation for being a Subway employee. Closes early and complains that she does not have enough workers to keep the lobby open. Talk about a horrible experience. I asked for extra pickles on one sandwich and normal pickles on another and the quantity of pickles was the same on both sandwiches. The ambiance that she expressed was total disregard for customers. Subway please remove the current manager and replace that garbage with someone who actually cares about the business and wants to be there. She was smoking and conversating outside with a customer saying she was closed due to lack of employees. How pathetic that she doesn't want to be there and put in effort for customer satisfaction.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars if the lobby was open. We ordered sandwiches here once a week until they closed the lobby. I would much rather go into an air conditioned establishmentand and interact with the person making my sandwich than sitting in a hot car speaking into a speaker. Shut down the drive thru instead of the lobby if you're short staffed.

We tried to stop at this Subway the night before but it was closed even though it was during their open hours posted. We went back the next day for lunch and Wow! There was only one employee working and she was awesome and working as fast as she could. She had drive-through and online orders and the inside had a long line that wrapped the entire inside. My heart went out to tat poor employee as she told all of us we had to wait so she could get some online orders done. What kind of owner allows this to happen!!!??? The owner should have been there themself or closed it again. I understand an employee shortage but this was simply cruel to the loyal, hardworking employee that showed up. They also lost most of their business they could have had today to McDonalds.

If this place disappeared forever, I don't think anyone would care. Awful establishment with awful management. I certainly hope it sinks lower and lower and they never recover.
