Food and alcohol was good. Friendly people, relaxing atmosphere. Smoking allowed but not overwhelming with good filtration. From the outside it looks old and is likely historical building. You will be surprised when you open the door and walk in.
I really loved the fried zucchini slices, sitting in the outdoor area in back, the jukebox, and my cold Black Butte Porter. Heck, I even thought the swinging saloon-style restroom doors leading to the metal wash pail urinal were hilarious! Working the ball valve to flush/rinse was entertaining as well.
We stopped in to Hillbilly for the first time on Saturday. The bar tender was very sweet and attentive. We ordered cheeseburgers and curly fries. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty!! I ordered a clamdigger and the drink was well made!! The crowd was doing karaoke and having a good time. We will try it again!!
