We had an outstanding lunch here on our first day in Sun Valley. This is a lovely, small restaurant and the food was delicious.

Great place for DINNER. Google said it was closed but it is open for dinner. We had the best salad, French onion soup, caprese ravioli, and branzino fish. All were delightful and served quickly.
Aroma is a real find! The place has a warm, inviting vibe that makes you feel right at home. The food? Absolutely fantastic. Each dish is fresh and packed with flavor.
Start with their appetizers—delicious and beautifully presented. For the main course, you can't go wrong with whatever you pick. And save room for dessert because it’s a real treat.
Service is spot-on too—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Whether you’re out for a casual dinner or celebrating something special, Aroma is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

We came here hoping for some brunch. Despite the place being 70% empty we stood at the front for 15 minutes without being acknowledged once. We finally asked the owner if we’d be able to be seated soon (again, almost nobody was there) and he responded saying “yeah but I can’t do it in like ten seconds” as if we haven’t been standing there for 15 minutes already. Also seemed to be rude to staff working there. Nobody seemed happy or polite at all.

This restaurant was formerly operated under the name of Cristina’s in the same building and has been a longtime favorite for our family over many years of annual visits to Ketchum / Sun Valley. The current operation under the name of Aroma seems to be nearly identical to the former operation.
Interesting menu and charming ambiance, especially on the patio (actually a deck) at the back. Very good service. On our most recent visit at Sunday brunch time, there was very nice ambient music from a live acoustic guitar player, whose playing was a lovely addition to the atmosphere but was not so loud as to be intrusive, as so many restaurant musicians often are.

Aroma opened in the building of a former favorite restaurant of ours. I was not sure it would meet my expectations but it did! The food was excellent and the ambience was the same--perfect!!
Aroma restaurant is the best restaurant in Sun Valley area! It rivals the Vintage for delicious food and ambience. The setting is lovely! The food is exceptional...I had truffle ravioli with a morel cream sauce, which I still dream about! And the service and atmosphere are calm and inviting! I would eat there every day!

Always fabulous, and especially delightful when one can dine alfresco. Lovely setting, great staff, and food never disappoints. Food is fresh, and there are plenty of flavor profiles to choose from. A decent wine and beer list to accompany the food menu is available as well.
Juan continues to deliver fresh, real, interesting food on a daily basis without fail. The kitchen makes everything from scratch every day. The bread is made fresh by an outside vendor every single day so no matter what sandwich one orders, you know your bread is an addition to the sandwich— not merely a means to hold the good stuff in between. If you're lucky enough to be there on a day the restaurant is offering a special or two, take advantage, you won't be disappointed
