We visited Aroma with a group of friends. It was a wonderful afternoon of great food, wine and fun! We started our lunch with one of the specialty pizzas. Delicious! Homemade hummus, fresh crab ravioli,, the beet salad and a perfect caprese made for an impressive meal. Juan, Tracy and all of the staff made sure we were well fed and happy. Welcoming staff who provided good service with a smile, however the menu was disappointing. It covered the basics you get in many other restaurants and a couple of specials. While I understand why a restaurant might keep a limited menu, the food was on the bland side and not sufficiently exciting to justify the limited menu.

We were blown away by our birthday lunch and how considerate you were to honor our reservation...we felt very special getting the “celebrity treatment!” The food and service was phenomenal!!! We cannot thank you enough for a most memorable experience!! Best gluten-free bread we've ever had and the house made pastrami too!! Thank you! Thank you!!

Don't miss the warm beet and chèvre starter. The shaved brussels sprout starter was also outstanding. The Waygu NY strip was the ideal size and perfectly cooked. The wine list was larger and more diverse most restaurants in the valley. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best restaurants in the valley! The pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had, and every dish we’ve gotten has been perfectly cooked and seasoned. Juan and Brent are also great!

Aroma is now open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday and is definitely worth trying. We had a fabulous meal tonight. I am not much of a Yelp reviewer (first time?), but I want to get the word out. We had the crab and artichoke won tons with a sweet chile sauce. I had truffle ravioli with wild mushrooms, both dishes were fantastic. My husband orders short ribs whenever they are on the menu and he said Aromas' we're the best he's ever had. The service is friendly and professional while the outdoor porch is quiet and beautiful. Aromas' brunch and lunch are legendary, but not many people know it is now serving dinner. Highly recommended- my new favorite restaurant in Ketchum.

I ordered a salad, a cesar with salmon. The salmon was delicious but the romaine lettuce they gave were like the left overs of a romaine lettuce. So they charged a lot for the salad but they don't give prime products. The service was good. They can do better and honored previous Cristina's service
