I ordered the Rueben sandwich with French fries instead of potato salad. They were out of rye bread and I was charge $5 in addition for substituting the potato salad for French fries. In the end the Reuben sandwich was $20.

No putting green and no driving range. The course greens are in really bad shape. Not worth the price.

Until this property is sold or refinanced, don’t bother. Have been coming here for 20 years and have NEVER seen it in such poor condition. Greens are horrible. No range or putting green. Not recommended.

Didn't even have a chance to golf there. Guy who answered the phone didn't seem interested in helping find a tee time. Once he offered one and I said I needed to call him back to confirm with my group, he just hung up on me. Not impressed.

Not sure what's going on here. We have been coming since before the new location, but were not here last year. Came for breakfast this morning and things are definitely different somehow. Food is still good, but coffee was weak, and the new arrangement of various stations leaves a lot to be desired; some have condiments and cream for coffee but no sugar, some have some (but not all) condiments but no coffee stuff, and the only place to get real utensils is behind the counter, but there are no spoons. There were no lap-sized napkins, only little cocktail napkins. There used to be setups rolled in cloth napkins and put in water glasses next to the iced water dispensers, but no more, you had to chase around to get everything you needed, and it was off-putting having to prepare my coffee across from the restroom. There were several errors with our order, including the addition of something we had not ordered, but we had to battle to send it back and get credit for it. There appears to have been some sort of merger with Wildflour, but it's not clear what this means to either entity. Miss the giant, easy-to-read menu up on the wall behind the counter. Waits to order are still interminable, and the magpie invasion continues unabated.

This place has the most delicious food!! I have never eaten something that disappointed! However the wait is always very long, I would recommend use my their online ordering and doing takeout!

Excellent sandwiches and breakfast burritos, beautiful wide open and blue and white skies! Beautiful expanses of fresh green!I grandfather-in my appreciation to this course.I must thank my coach and friend Blake (seen here), for helping me go: from a complete novice...(Someone who thought occulus practice could somehow translate to the green! He teases me all the time deservedly so.)...to: after only 5 games, being able to complete a round close to par.Bigwood Golf Club has my heart and fondness for life.

Pretty decent golf course. The only reason for the 2 stars was because of the person who was working front counter where you pay. Dude was a flat out j**** terrible customer service. Waited over 15 minutes while he was on the phone. Came in and flat out screamed at the construction workers to shut up. Was rude to us and the people next to us who reported the same experiences once we were on our golf carts. Totally unnecessary and enough for me to type a review, and I don’t type reviews. Date and time it took place. September 2nd, 2022 at around 3:30pm.

Big Wood is the red headed step child of Sun Valley golf. It’s beat up, has some scars and the greens suck. That being said - golfers/staff here are non pretentious and welcoming. The course is overpriced no doubt but it’s challenging and has character. The cart guy “Carl” is fantastic and really made our day.

Stopped on my way home from camp to see if I could play. Gentleman at the desk was very nice and slipped me in between other players. Greens could use some care and score card with map showing water, traps, etc. would be helpful.

A great place to spoil a good walk. Love this course and the staff. 9th hole is a tough one. Don't get anywhere near the water. I spend a lot of time here... just ask my wife.

Lovely, delicious sunset dinner

Really beautiful setting and the staff is very down to earth. The food is EXCELLENT. I feel like with the demand in town for dining out, these people keep their cool, treat customers well and deserve kudos.

Course was fun. Other reviews are correct that it’s over priced and some areas of the course were not in good condition. But fun play good scenery. More of a recreational golf course

I have been golfing for twenty years, this is the only bad experience I have ever had at a golf course. Pro shop staff member on Saturday morning was extremely rude and condescending, bad for the game of golf. Staff was so rude that I walked off the course after a couple holes. I would not put money in the pockets of this course.Go elsewhere if you want an enjoyable golf experience in Kechum.
