Chef Andrew was 1000/10! The food was all super fresh ingredients from the farmers market and everything was so delicious and in season. He was able to accommodate our somewhat complicated party by doing a dairy free plate and many gluten free items. The service was great. This was an anniversary and birthday special dinner for 10 people and we would definitely book him again.
Chef Andrew and Mallory are an absolute dream to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing experience. I almost don't want to share his work since it was so special, I would love to keep him our little secret.
Chef Andrew provided an exceptional meal, with on time delivery of every course. Everything was fresh, beautiful presentation and very satisfying. Will definitely use him again.
Andrew is masterful with his culinary skills. His dishes were exquisite; he prepared a delicious braised rib with a starter fruit salad and had fun doing it. Finished with a tasty rich chocolate tart. Couldn’t recommend him more for a private hire.

Chef Andrew delivered an incredible private dinner experience in Sun Valley! Every course was a masterpiece—delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. He and his assistant handled everything seamlessly, so we didn’t have to lift a finger and could fully enjoy the evening. The level of detail and culinary skill was unmatched. This was truly a five-star experience, and I can’t recommend Chef Andrew enough for a memorable dining experience!
