Andrew and team catered a medium size event for 22 people and the food was amazing. Prior to the start he had a large table with various cheese, meat, vegetables, dips, homemade spreads, crackers, breads, and freshly baked naan. As the guests were indulging in the goodies and drinks, Andrew prepared hot home-made hors-d'oeuvres that were served to the guests by the wait staff. Our event had four different hors-d'oeuvres that were delicious and Andrew served at least two rounds of each.

Andrew and Mallory prepared and delivered a fabulous experience! Chef prepared a variety of Asian option encompassing hors d'oeuvres, and a five course dinner with wine pairing. We had spare ribs, pho, dumplings, and a menu of other treats! The kitchen was left cleaner than they found it and the whole night went smoothly. Thank you Andrew and Mallory!

Amazing!!!! We had our first dinner party for a special group and Andrew made the most amazingly delicious fall meal for us. He and Mallory are exceptional, professional and warm and kind. You would really like them at the table with you!They are meticulous and Andrews food is so delicious. He particularly loves special detail things like crispy salty sage with your fall butternut squash soup. YummyI gave Andrew some foods not to use per the guests of honor. He was accommodating and willing to work with the needs of our group. The night of our event, he and his partner, Mallory handled things beautifully. They were working in a limited kitchen but were very organized and maintained a clean work space. His menu selection was perfect in every way. He worked with fresh ingredients and everything was delicious and visually appealing. The guests were thrilled. I look forward to working with him again! Great young people!
