“This is one of the most delicious Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. I went with two of my foodie friends, and we all were very pleased. My favorite dishes were the samui squid (basically deep-fried breaded calamari with a delicious sauce), Vietnamese caramel pork ribs, followed closely by the Thai shrimp and watermelon salad. Everything else sounded delicious too, but I can only eat gluten-free foods so my options were plentiful, but somewhat limited. Be prepared for a wait as this place looks like it’s always crowded, but they do have outdoor seating in good weather.“

“Gretchen's is a beautiful and welcoming setting for guests and visitors at the at the Sun Valley resort. It's not pretentious but it's very nice. The food is always prepared well. We often eat here multiple times during our stays and always enjoy the experience.“
