“A Gretchen’s feast. The Sun Valley Lodge is one of the few good places left that hasn’t lost its charm and integrity. Joe the server was funny, pleasant, and quick to take our order. The small details were executed perfectly, from the froth on the cappuccino to the crispy home fries. The house made gravy over biscuits passed the test. 5 stars across the board. I’ve travelled to 116 countries so far - and this place has better & more complex flavors than restaurants serving similar food in Asia - or anywhere, for that matter. How do they get the ingredients so fresh in Ketchum?—that question has always confounded me. Praying they open a location in Boise 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻“
