Dive Bar in a good way. Very friendly staff and the burger was great. It's small inside, first come for seating. There is plenty of outdoor seating. It was a little chilly to sit outside. We sat at the bar (small). Should be a fun place in the warmer months.

Grumpy's is a staple of Ketchum Idaho! You have got to go and hang out, watch the people pour in and order yourself enough beer to last. Love the wings and French fries too. Don't let the locals scare you away - they're usually pretty nice :)

Ski town bar. Nothing fancy that can get ruined by spilt beer french fries and burgers! Atmosphere is not quiet, yet lots of fun. Crowded but that's part of the party.

Great establishment. Just close early. And feel like you kinda get rushed out. Got my beer snagged by worker when i got up close to closing hours when it was next to my phone. But im not oblivious, place is called grumpies. All in all 100% will be a regular spot when hitting sun valley.

Just love love the vibe here and you can’t beat the colorful personalities of the people behind the bar. Food is perfectly fine and schooners of beer do the trick. Music is loud and fun, with a range that keeps the teenagers and adults in the party happy. So much more character than some of the newer, more sterile places in town.

I'm going to go ahead and give this place 5 stars. Love the decor around the bar...and love the goblets of beer. However, I've now been in Sun Valley for 3 full days and this is the only place I've been to where there's an abundance of stinkies. Good ski mountain dive.

When I went I couldn't eat the burger... I had to eat two. Great place to get some burgers and beer. The inside is unique with a lot of art making a cool atmosphere. Even though the place was full, the food was made quickly. Definitely eating here again when I'm in town.

It's not on the hill but for that truly apres ski bum vibe, Grumpy's has it in spades. Locals of all ages (but mostly 20 somethings) are dropping in from 3 to about 5 for schooners and burgers. There may be a line to get to the bartender but it moves fast and the fries are at the ready. They are mostly crunchy bits rather than long tasty potatoes but after a rowdy day of skiing and you're hangry, who cares?
