The service was not bad but the food was not good whats so ever. For the high price the food was not what it should have been. I also saw the cook have his phone out and he was on it. Over all do not recommend

After hearing such wonderful things about Il Naso I was disappointed in the menu and food at Lupo. Wine we wanted was out. Second choice only had one bottle. My polenta under my steak was cold — as was some other folks food. Just okay... not a returner .....

Wasnt blown away. Asked for a quiet table when booking as we had seniors hard of hearing, we were sat smack in the middle of the large tables and was very hard to talk. Server wasn't great. In two hours never refilled waters and not very attentive. My mushroom ravioli special was strangely sweet, which was off putting. It needed a ton of salt, and other diners expressed they also had to. The clams were good. For $35-$40 for a small pasta entree the seasoning should be perfect honestly. Way too expensive for taste service and cost. $400 for 5 people

Lupo restaurant provides fantastic service, delicious food, and a romantic atmosphere. It was the best meal we have had in Sun Valley in a long time. Highly recommend it for a memorable delicious dining experience.

Friendly service and excellent food/wine...and a welcome addition to the restaurant offering in Ketchum. We enjoyed a nicely presented burrata / prosciutto / arugula salad with our initial glass of wine. Well presented and delicious opener! We followed with a beet and pear salad which was amazing. Our entrees were pastas which were both excellent. Service was responsive and pleasant. We will definitely return for more.

Lupo's is an improvement over Il Naso, but my meal was average at best. My husband had the Carbonara which was much better than the one he had at Il Naso. My Bolognese was fine, but there was too much sauce for the amount of pasta. The Caesar salad was fine. The green beans too spicy. The tiramisu has improved, but I'm not sure about serving it with berries. Service was slow but friendly.

The new Lupo is just what we needed in Ketchum. We were welcomed warmly despite having confused reservation time and served in a perfectly friendly (yet) manner. Bubbles for toasting the occasion and a selection of a SuperTuscan red wine by the glass warmed us on a snowy night. Salads were delicious (we table-tested the caesar and roasted beet/pear variations) along with what tasted like house-made bread. Pastas were al dente and both bolognese and wild mushroom ravioli applauded. The tiramisu dessert was a gift from our darling server Janna (sp?) to celebrate our combined two couple's 109 anniversaries. When we arrived (late) we noticed a large table set for 8 or 10 and thought we might be unable to hold a conversation over the party, but in fact, the booth seating at Lupo is cozy and somehow private, an increasingly rare pleasure. One more point; here was no "mood music" to the taste and volume of the serving staff we encounter too often. We'll be regulars!

Food was quite good along with more options than last time. The Lupo Caesar salad was mission something. It was not as well seasoned as the last time I had the il Naso Ceasar. It could have had more or larger anchovies and maybe more lemon juice, garlic and parmesan cheese. Actually, I'm not sure it had any parmesan cheese. I really like the crispy bread crumbs in place of croutons. Both pasta dishes were divine. The service was infinitely better than the last time we ate at Lupo! The small lemon tart dessert we ordered was delicious but far too pricey for the size as well as the fact that it was not listed on the "night's specials." Given that, it was a surprise to see it was $16.00. But we had a lovely time and look forward to returning!

Everything was amazing. Food is delicious, service was perfect, and the ambience is just like we love. (we can carry on great table conversations but still feel like things are happening in the restaurant)

Cozy atmosphere, wonderful food & friendly knowledgeable staff. We had the swordfish & seafood pasta both were very flavorful & spice was perfect. The salad of beets, pears & chickpeas was delicious as was the tiramisu. This was my first time since the restaurant changed over from Il Naso & I would recommend it highly.

For a restaurant that features pasta on their website, I was sorely disappointed in the quality of it. I specifically asked for my pasta to be "al dente" or firm to the bite. It arrived not only not al dente, but actually over cooked. When the waiter came by about 15 minutes after serving us our dinners, I told him my dissatisfaction, particularly since I had specifically requested not to over cook it. He told me he would tell the chef. Upon returning, he informed me that since I had eaten about 25% of the meal, I should have told him sooner and he would have done something about it. Needless to say, this is NOT the way to endear a patron to return or to give positive feedback to others. My friend who was dining with me, and I both felt like it was a poor reflection upon the restaurant and what they think of tourists. I have to wonder if they treat the locals so cavalierly.

Everything was fantastic. Great food, great service. Love the refreshed space. Evan was our waiter and was very knowledgeable about the wine and food and made good recommendations. Very happy to have another outstanding restaurant in the Valley!

Pleasantly surprised! Menu was creative, and the dishes we selected were delicious and piping hot. Very good service. Nice wine list. Definitely recommend and we will go back soon.
