Visited 6 years ago and had a completely different experience. This visit service was subpar. We had two different servers and neither seemed to really care. Never had our water refilled or follow up on additional drinks. We ordered one dessert and after dinner drinks. We were nearly finished with the dessert while drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes before they were delivered by another person (owner maybe?). It's just ok. Service was good. I had a salad and the fettuccine pesto. They weren't good, but weren't bad. Despite being called homemade, the pesto dish tasted like jarred pesto and was pretty underwhelming.
I was really hoping to love this place after reading all of the reviews. Super cute and cozy atmosphere with delicious sounding options on the menu. However, everything we ordered was bland. I had high hopes for the lamb shank and pesto fettuccine but it lacked so much flavor. It felt as though the chefs were not tasting their dishes as they came out.. I had to add salt multiple times to give it flavor. Yet, the service was great and wine was delicious.
