Great hotel with only one complaint. A luxury hotel with free breakfast from 8-10 should not be running out of eggs, bacon or sausage, beverages, bread at 8:30 and 9. It happened every day we were there. Either the hotel lacks a competent food planner or the staff is oblivious to the situation in the breakfast area or it’s intentional to avoid or minimize leftovers. That might be expected at a low end chain but should not be the case at such a nice hotel.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly—special shoutout to Brian and Tony for being so helpful and welcoming. Our little one loved the pool, and the gym was impressively well-equipped. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great touch—delicious and convenient. Zero issues during our stay. And definitely take advantage of the Audi EV you can borrow—it was a fun bonus! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Rooms and location are excellent but the service is not what I would expect for a hotel like this. Ordered drinks and food two nights back to back and my wife was served cold coffee from the morning because they did not want to take the time to brew a fresh pot. For a Bailey’s and coffee from a hotel like this I expect a fresh brewed pot with whipped crème and chocolate flakes on top. Not a cold glass with a little Bailey’s in it. Also, servers were slow to come to table to refill drinks. We ordered an appetizer and never received plates, utensils, or napkins. Same service two nights in a row with a a pattern for me.

Highly recommend this hotel. Not only did they upgrade our room for my birthday but there was also a thoughtful gift in room. The hotel is clean, amenities great and very good breakfast. Gluten free friendly! The hotel shuttle and kind staff are an added bonus

This is a beautiful property that I would highly recommend. From the beautiful rooms to the helpfulness of the staff, my ski vacation stay at this hotel was amazing. The daily breakfast is delicious and varied. The hot tubs and pool are clean and in perfect working order and the lobby/lounge with music is warm and inviting. I used the fitness room daily. It has all machines and a TRX. Love this hotel. The shuttle to and from anywhere local is a fabulous bonus!

The hotel and the location are wonderful. Unfortunately, I was a day late getting to the hotel because my connecting flight was delayed. I called from Denver as soon as I knew I wouldn't make that night and was told, “Sorry, you're past the cancellation cutoff time.” My company had 25 people staying 4 nights each, conference rooms and food charges but they couldn't credit me one night that was beyond my control. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Stayed here on an overnight with my job, had been working all day and didn’t have much time to eat so I had come to hotel starving but it was already past 10 pm and the food area in the hotel had already closed. Around midnight I come to the lobby in search of a vending machine and I believe his name was Landon- was incredibly kind and helpful. Being unfamiliar with the town and hotel helped me discuss my options to find any food. After exhausting said options I came back empty handed but to my surprise was met with the same person who somehow found some graham crackers for me. I was so incredibly grateful and appreciative for Landon.

I recently stayed at the Limelight Hotel, and I must say, it’s a beautifully designed property that exudes charm and elegance. From the moment you walk in, the modern decor and inviting ambiance create an impressive first impression. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and stunning views that enhance the overall experience.
While I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the high-quality amenities, I did feel that the hotel leans towards the overpriced side. Given the cost of the accommodation, I expected a few more perks or services that would justify the price tag.
Nonetheless, the location is fantastic, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the enjoyment of my visit. If you're willing to splurge and appreciate beautiful surroundings, the Limelight Hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be prepared for the premium pricing!

Our recent stay at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service. The staff, from the friendly shuttle drivers to the attentive housekeeping and the incredibly helpful front desk, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. We loved the convenient ski storage, making it easy to gear up for a day on the slopes. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the best restaurants, shops, and of course, Sun Valley Resort.
The Limelight truly enhanced our vacation. The combination of luxurious amenities, prime location, and outstanding service made it an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend the Limelight Hotel to anyone visiting Ketchum!
