Before you plan to dine at Rominas, think twice. We waited for more than 40 minutes, sitting at our table, before a waiter came to take our order. We were told there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant…. Lower cost for the restaurant but prices on the menu had not decreased.
When we got the bill, we had the surprise to see the cost of the cork fee, $50 (usually it’s $30 up to $35 in similar restaurants): we asked to talk to the manager who told us, in a rather patronizing, and arrogant way, that it was at the bottom of the menu…. True but in very, very small prints, etc, etc….
Well, very bad experience! We had dined there quite a few times in the past, but this evening will be the last one. There many good alternatives in Ketchum / Sun Valley, with reasonable wait times, good food and nice, not arrogant, managers.

The food was so good at Romina's, And the girl serving us was so delightful. I have to say this is one of my favorite restaurants in Ketchum.

If i could give this place a -5 stars i absolutely would. Would highly not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. Had to wait forever just to get our drinks ordered when the place was dead not busy at all. Waitress was extremely disrespectful when i asked questions about what beer they had. There was hair on the breadsticks. This place is not a comfortable place to eat unless you wanna feel like you’re sitting inside of someone’s kitchen eating. This place trys too hard to make it look like it’s such a fancy restaurant but it absolutely is not!

This restaurant deserves 0/5 stars.
I went in there and there was no hostess and it was weird. The server took 10min to get to us. And by the time she got to us, I asked if they had any light beers & she said “I don’t know what you mean by light beer.” She was rude and threw us attitude. There was also hair on the breadsticks. I got up and walked out before I could even get my drinks served. I do not recommend this place. Rude service and not professional

During our 3 months in Ketchum, Rominnas was one of the two restaurants we returned to. We dined here on 5 occasions and experienced nothing less than perfection every time. We always sat at the bar to talk to Laura and regularly had drinks with the chef. To say we were treated like family is an understatement. No matter what we ordered, it was always cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. We even booked a trip to Costa Rica based on the conversation and recommendations of one of the other servers. Do yourself a favor a make sure you don't miss out on one of the best dining experiences in Ketchum.

DELICIOUS, expertly prepared, sauces pared perfectly to the main entrees & accompaniments. Nice wine selection.

I’ve never been told after eating dried, overcooked and fatty pork tenderloin by the cook to “try it” - after already eating two slices that were flavorless and shoe leather in texture. I guess I’m a liar for sharing my unhappiness with an inedible $40 plate that included a square inch polenta and one broccolini sprout. This customer used to love Rominnas. Never again.

My husband said his food was decent. Unfortunately mine was not.Pasta was undercooked and the chicken overcooked. Not sure why an Italian restaurant can't cook pasta! Pricy for what you get. Also no bread! How do you not serve bread?!

I ordered rack of lamb and the server said the chef serves it medium rare, which I said was perfect. They came out well done. I also requested no anchovies on the Caeser salad, and...you guessed it. Why don't server's write down orders?

Hot...didn't open the windows until the restaurant was emptying out at 9pm.Food took forever (took over an hour)... and the busy waitress couldn't make time to let us know how much longer it would be...I guess when you have an automatic $75 tip coming you don't have to work too hard. When she did come around she was rude to the other workers (international kids), refused to split the bill, forgot to bring wine out, etc.I won't come here again for the overpriced 4 shrimp and skimpy serving of spaghetti that accompanied it....and there was no bread...only some hard, long thin bread sticks (maybe they were decoration? I don't know, but we ate them bcuz we were starving)...what kind of Italian restaurant doesn't serve bread?!?!
