“10 Star Review! We hosted a private dinner for 11 people at The Grill at Knob Hill. Will, the manager was so great to work with. Will, and the chef curated a beautiful Autumn Idaho Dinner. Our guests were from Boston and New Hampshire so we wanted to present the best from Idaho. We started with a Fall Moscow Mule for cocktail, then a beautiful nut, dried fruit, cheese, honey, roasted garlic baguette plates for each guest, then a savory butternut squash soup with basil olive oil drizzle, the Autumn salad with shaved cheese, nut, pomegranate was awesome, the main entree was Idaho trout with an herb butter and wagu steak, rice pilaf, the famous popovers, and finished with Fall home made stone fruit cobbler. The wine choices by Will were awesome. Autumn in Sun Valley - Ketchum, the beautiful golden aspen trees, and a fantastic dinner and amazing staff at the Grill at Knob Hill was the perfect evening.“
