Had wine and charcuterie out on the patio in the sun. One of the highlights of our trip.

Excellent food, (love the chopped salad). Good selection of wine by the bottle or the glass. Limited but good selection of cheeses. The patio is a wonderful place to sit, weather permitting. The only problem can be getting your order in. The procedure is to order at the register as you enter and then take a seat. Usually there is only one register active. If there is a line, I don’t go in. Inevitably people have menu questions, in groups it takes a long time for the group to order.

What a treat for fresh Northwest Oysters (Cascadia,) June Wednesday special. They paired great with the Rose special wine. Sip Sip slurp slurp! Great scene on the patio celebrating a sunny Valley day.

This place is an absolute Gem! I love the food, wine and ALL the fabulous people who make Scout one of the most impressive restaurants in Ketchum. It’s the go-to for incredible wine selections, food and charcuterie boards. Sometimes they even have special wine pairing dinners so ask about those for a beautiful experience sure to keep you coming back for more!

Wine selection to rival the best in SF or NYC; super friendly and knowledgeable staff; charming space in which to have a glass or two and some great charcuterieKid-friendliness: Several kid options, incl grill cheese

So impressed with the quality of this little wine bar - loved the grilled cheese & tomato soup pairing, and the croquettes were a crowd favorite. Not to mention the great wine & aperol spritz - but those come with the territory :) Nice service & cute, cozy space too.

Scout is wine and cheese shop and a wine bar located in Ketchum Idaho. The vibe is quite cool as it offers a bar seating area, tables indoors and outdoor seating in the warmer season. They offer great food to enjoy with amazing wine options. You can also just shop for cheeses, wine, olives, jams and much more. It also offers wine tastings classes throughout the year. The entire team is friendly and the service is great. I love just hanging with a glass of wine and some snacks or sandwiches they offer while enjoying the amazing view of Bald mountain and the town. The food is quite tasty. Enjoy!

Mohammed and staff were pleasant and very friendly. Loved their honesty about wine choices!

Shown alternative wines to choose from in their chilled cabinet but never explained there would be a twenty dollar corkage fee on a bottle of wine that they are selling me. If they had made that clear I would have chosen wine from their menu. Enjoyable atmosphere but for a couple of small plates and a bottle of wine extremely expensive.
