I love this location and the owner! And I go almost every day. The reason I put a low star on atmosphere However is when I was in there this morning there were two gentleman one with a big black dog and another with a very whiny pug in there. They sat down and let their untrained dogs off leash to jump and bark and whine and play with each other. This isn't the first time I've come in and there's someone with a dog on the couch or being a nuisance. I personally own dogs who I love very much and would call myself a big animal person! but for the respect of the business and the people trying to relax and have a good morning or afternoon I don't bring them in. I wish theyd reinforce the dog policy like they used to.

We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s sad to see how much the experience has changed. Lately, the service has gotten slow, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and the staff just seem uninterested. A simple smile or friendly interaction goes a long way, but the person who took our order made it feel like they just wanted us to order and leave. What makes this even more disappointing is that, coming from customer service myself, I still gave a 20% tip even though the experience didn’t deserve it. Really unfortunate for a place we used to enjoy so much.

Beautiful third place to meet friends and get some work done in Ketchum. Ketchum is a laid back place where things happen at a more relaxed pace. The staff here does a good job bridging that attitude with the higher paced, demanding expectations many of us visitors bring from our urban homes. So yes it can feel a little slower.
Do keep in mind that you need to ask a barista for your app ordered drinks because they keep them behind the counter and don’t always announce them.

As tourists, we came to this Starbucks with our dogs and were treated horribly. The staff not only refused us entry but harassed us in a completely unacceptable way. They claimed our dogs couldn’t stay because one of them barked twice. This excuse was absurd and felt like a clear attempt to kick us out.
Their behavior was rude and utterly unprofessional. They made us feel unwelcome, insulted, and humiliated. This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. Starbucks should be ashamed to have people like this representing their brand. Avoid this place at all costs.

One of the nicest Starbucks I have ever seen! Sooo cool inside, staff is friendly and have locally sourced croissants - much better than the standard issue sbux!
Only thing that’s a little weird is you have to ask for your mobile order - not sure why they don’t just put them in the pickup area?!?!
